Staying here was like being in a cozy diner where the staff knows your order before you even sit down. The indoor pool was a delightful oasis after a long day—perfect for unwinding like a kid again. The breakfast was like a buffet style adventure, offering everything from fresh fruits to fluffy pancakes. The beds? They're so comfy that I half expected them to cuddle me back! Top it off with the lovely touches from the staff, like that famous warm cookie at check-in, and you've got a sweet experience.

During my stay, I was appalled to find cleanliness issues in my room. The cleaners seemed either overwhelmed or careless as my room remained untouched until late afternoon, forcing me to stay in a messy space while preparing for dinner. This experience has left me utterly frustrated, as I shouldn't have to beg for basic service in a hotel.

The hotel is well-located close to shopping and entertainment. We enjoyed local attractions like Mid-Lothian Mines Park and went winery hopping. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

However, I did notice that some rooms could use an upgrade to meet modern standards, like smaller windows and an older bathroom.

The staff provided exceptional service and the room was well-stocked with amenities. There's a nice indoor pool area too and it's conveniently located near local attractions like parks and shopping.

Housekeeping could be more consistent and I noticed the breakfast options were quite limited.
