I recently had a great stay at this hotel and wanted to share my positive experience. the prices were incredibly reasonable for the quality of service and amenities provided. It was definitely value for money. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Lastly, the rooms were exceptionally comfortable, especially the beds. I had a room with a King bed, and it was like sleeping on a cloud. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, comfort, and affordability.

All was well during my stay.

The location was convenient for exploring the Corning Glass Museum and nearby restaurants. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms with a King bed were comfy. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable mattress, bedding, and pillows. The bathroom and shower were nicely laid out. As guests with children, we appreciated the quiet atmosphere of the hotel.

During my recent stay at the Courtyard, I was impressed with the streamlined check-in process using the Mobile App. The room was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable king bed and modern furniture. The bathroom was clean and had both a walk-in shower and bath amenities. The hotel was quiet and provided ample parking. Laurie, the manager on duty, went above and beyond to ensure the guests were taken care of and provided personalized attention. The location of the hotel was convenient for visiting the Corning Museum of Glass.

Although breakfast was available at the Bistro, it was not included in my stay and seemed a bit expensive. Additionally, there was a mix-up with my reservation, which resulted in a higher rate being charged.

The hotel is conveniently located near a cruise port, making it a great choice for those looking to embark on a cruise. Additionally, the hotel is close to the Finger Lakes area, allowing guests to easily explore the beautiful scenery and attractions in the region. Guests can also enjoy easy access to everything in Corning, a charming town known for its glass museums and galleries. The spacious and comfortable rooms, along with the friendly and professional staff, provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests to relax in. The breakfast offered at the hotel is excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

One minor downside mentioned by guests is that there is no mention of a specific view from the rooms, however, the overall quality and comfort of the rooms make up for it.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the furniture looked new. the beds were great and provided a good night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to a steak restaurant, making it easy to grab a bite to eat.

One major issue I had was with the entrance road. It was difficult to find as there was no sign on the road indicating the hotel's location.

The service at this hotel was by far the best in my life. Storm, at the front desk, was so professional, social, and all around incredible. She made our stay memorable and set the bar very high for customer service. Kudos to her and her skills.

She made check-in a breeze and even checked in on me throughout my stay to ensure everything was perfect. Thanks to Storm's phenomenal service, I will definitely be returning to this property every time I visit the area. Customer service truly is the key, and Courtyard's staff, particularly Storm, has set the bar incredibly high. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service.
