I loved how spacious my accessible king room was, and it was spotless with a great lake view. The relaxation area had comfy seating and a nice vibe, perfect for downtime with friends. Just a heads up, the convenience shop could use a few more options, but overall, I had a fab stay! 😊

during my recent stay, i was pleasantly surprised by how much better this courtyard exceeded my expectations compared to my previous experience in gaithersburg. the cleanliness and lovely view here made for a refreshing break on my long journey. the staff was incredibly helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The parking situation was incredibly frustrating. I spent almost 30 minutes searching for a spot both nights, making my arrival and departure extremely stressful. Carrying my luggage from the crowded garage to the hotel across the street was cumbersome and not something I anticipated.

It was just a decent option for a two-day stay in Gaithersburg with very good value for money. The check-in process was straightforward, and the staff was friendly, which made the arrival smooth despite the parking chaos. Arrive earlier if you want to snag a parking spot in the garage.

The bistro had pretty limited choices, and I could've done with more breakfast options. But the room was clean and had a sweet view of the lake, so that was choice!

The beautiful views from my room paired with a lovely lakeside boardwalk full of charming restaurants made for a delightful stay. And I couldn’t get enough of the clean, comfortable room—a true urban oasis on the ninth floor!

While I was expecting a hearty breakfast, the selection was a bit confusing, leaving me longing for something more fulfilling. Also, walking through the garage to get to my car at night felt a tad inconvenient, but it didn't overshadow my fab time at the hotel.

I was blown away by the stunning lakefront views right from my King Room. The on-site bistro not only served delicious breakfast burritos but also made it super convenient to dine without leaving the hotel. Plus, the walking trail around the lake was perfect for a morning jog—such a refreshing way to start the day!

the location is quiet and almost soundproof. benches outside for relaxation. wish pool was open for guest use.

The location was fantastic, with shops and a lovely lake view. We enjoyed mini golf nearby. The air conditioning unit wasn't functioning correctly, making it uncomfortable during our stay.

We had a fun family stay and loved checking out the nearby Adventure Park at Sandy Spring. The bistro staff were friendly despite being busy during the holidays, and the comfy beds made for a relaxing night after our outdoor escapades.

Bathroom was stocked with free toiletries and had a walk-in shower. Fitness center was a bonus to keep active. Location's great with shops and restaurants nearby.

Upon arrival, I was impressed with the clean, spacious design of the PURE Wellness room, which featured a lovely lake view. The friendly and attentive staff added to the experience, making the stay feel welcoming. However, the communication around room availability left much to be desired. after I paid in full for my friend's stay, the room was resold without prior notice, causing unnecessary stress on a special occasion. Despite this hiccup, the location near shops and dining provided plenty to explore.

super nice location! love that u can walk to lots of food and shops right by the lake. the hotel is clean and rooms have beautiful views. comfiest beds and chill lobby area to relax. the staff was really friendly, made my stay more enjoyable.

but the walls are super thin, could hear everything from the next room. parking was a hassle, spent too long looking for a spot.
