Room initially assigned had a bad smell and was tiny and dark. the hotel's resolution was to switch rooms instead of investigating the source of the smell.

While the hotel had ample parking on a Sunday morning, I can imagine that it may be challenging to find parking on regular workdays. Additionally, the distance to the nearby restaurant we planned to walk to was longer than expected, so we were glad we chose to drive instead.

My husband and I recently stayed at Courtyard for a nostalgic trip down memory lane. We grew up on the very land Rio was built on and even helped set up the original restaurants there back in the 90s! It was such a sentimental experience. The location is absolutely beautiful, with spacious rooms and super comfortable beds. Despite being in the heart of a pavilion with shops and restaurants, it wasn't noisy at all. The convenience of having everything we needed within walking distance, including a walking trail and lake, made our stay even more enjoyable.
