The staff at Courtyard was absolutely charming and helpful. When we arrived late at night, they ensured that our room was ready and we were well taken care of throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs.

Great service, fast delivery of additional supplies, clean rooms, beautiful surroundings, and friendly staff. Spacious rooms with modern decor and amenities, including a kitchen and large closets. Convenient location on the west end of the island for birding. Shared pool was crowded, but overall a great stay.

This hotel is perfect for a beach vacation! It's located right across from the beach, and you can even get a balcony with a gulf view. The rooms are big enough to accommodate families with kids on the sofabeds, and breakfast is included in the price.

Everything was just ok.

The only positive aspect of my stay was the kind staff member who came to try to fix the air conditioner. They were helpful and tried their best to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough to salvage the overall negative experience.

First of all, the cleanliness of the room was subpar. I found a beer can from a previous guest and the bathroom was dirty.

Large room with comfortable beds and good furniture. Mini fridge in the room. Easily accessible free parking with covered parking available. Nice pool area with beautiful landscaping. Friendly and helpful pool bartender.

Unfortunately, the hotel is not located directly on a sandy beach area, but we found that it was in the perfect location to access all the activities we wanted to do. It was located in the beachfront or "downtown," making it easy to walk to everything. The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious. The service was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was complementary with a good variety of food. Additionally, the pool area was beautiful with nice landscaping.

The pool temperature was too warm to be refreshing, and the maid service could have been better since they always missed refreshing something.

The employees were kind and willing to go out of their way. Bed felt like sleeping on clouds. Steps from the beach. Bathroom had name brand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Pool was one of the best with a bar. Great for friends going out at nights.

I got great value for my money at the Courtyard in Galveston. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and a nice ocean view. The staff treated me like a VIP and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is perfect, just across from the beach and within walking distance of the west end of the seawall. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, and the rooms are clean and comfortable, with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The gulf view balcony adds a nice touch, and breakfast is included.
