Oi, this place was a right mix of posh and homely! The staff were bang on friendly, and I loved the cozy little café for brekkie. Only downside? The Wi-Fi connection in the room was a bit dodgy. Still, would defo pop back!

the staff was very pleasant and helpful during my stay, and what I loved most was being just over a kilometer from Valley Hills Mall, where I could easily stroll around and shop. Kiwanis Park was only about a 20-minute walk away, offering lovely views for my weekend walks.

absolutley shocked at the rude staff, such a stark contrast from my previous stays. the breakfast was less than cafe level, a total letdown. i also woudl ve been very pleased with an upgrade after dealing with all the cold showers—yes, ten minutes to warm up. maybe next time i’ll just stay home.

The hotel decor is modern with a nice gray/tan color scheme. The only downside is the lack of nearby dining options. you'll need to drive for good restaurants.

The pool was warm and clean, which was such a vibe after a long drive. Had a good dop at the bar with lekker food, and the staff were sharp-sharp, really friendly. Room was comfy and peaceful, just what I needed!

We stayed at this Courtyard with our kids, and the indoor pool was a hit! They loved the warm water, and even though the hotel decor felt a bit dated, it was clean and spacious, making our stay comfortable.

It was just a nice choice for a mini-break over the weekend in Hickory with value for money. The friendly staff helped me find the right cart for unloading my luggage, which made things easy. Grab breakfast from nearby, it's more affordable than the hotel options.

Clean room and warm indoor pool, but Wi-Fi was spotty during my stay.

I stayed in a King Room with Sofa Bed, and it was super clean and comfy! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the decor was nice with those grey tones. The bathroom layout was great, with a huge walk-in shower. Only bummer was that it was pretty cold in the bathroom, but not a dealbreaker. The Wi-Fi worked fine for me too! Plus, the lobby had a cozy vibe and lots of space to hang out. I’d definitely book this room again if I'm back in the area!
