The location of the hotel was perfect, being just off a major highway. It was surrounded by chain hotels, but the Courtyard By Marriott stood out with its beautiful landscaping and upscale decor. After a long day of travel, it felt like a serene oasis. The Marriott amenities offered made our stay even more enjoyable. Despite the inconvenience of having to drive to renowned restaurants in Hickory, the hotel provided a pleasing experience.

I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean and had useful amenities like a mini fridge and microwave. The location was convenient and the staff treated me very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the holiday decorations throughout the hotel. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, offering complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby. the location was perfect for my needs as it was close to several shopping centers and restaurants. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of towels.

The Wi-Fi connection in my room was spotty at times, which made it difficult to stream my favorite Christmas movies. the breakfast options at the on-site restaurant were limited and a bit on the pricey side.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. the room was beautifully decorated in calming gray tones, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also loved the fact that the hotel was located far enough away from the highway, so we didn't have to deal with any traffic noise. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they even honored our request for a low floor room. Plus, the hotel had a well-stocked market, which was convenient for us.

The only downside was that the bathroom was pretty cold, no matter how warm we made the room. But overall, it was a minor issue and didn't affect our overall enjoyment of our stay.

Affordable alternative to the popular Asheville area for a mountain getaway. Vibrant business district with plenty of name brand hotels and eateries. Modern and clean hotel with friendly staff. Nice room and lobby area with a cafeteria. Good overall quality and service. Great alternative to higher priced hotels in the area.

It was located in a quiet area away from highway noise. the check, in staff was pleasant and helpful, providing directions and honoring our specific room request. the room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, a large TV, and plenty of outlets. the bathroom had a spacious walk, in shower and a separate sink area. the hotel had a well, stocked market for convenience.
