Additionally, having breakfast included in our rate was a nice bonus, as it saved us both time and money in the mornings.

There were very few spaces available near the entrance and we had to park in a garage and wait for attendants to valet our car, which cost $43. Also, the hotel's food options were limited and not very appealing.

Excellent customer service by helpful, polite, and personable staff who provided complimentary breakfast, late-night snacks, and a comedic relief. A very quiet and comfortable room that allows for fresh air. Starbucks in lobby is a convenient option.

The front people were very professional and the front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the girl who checked us in. She even remembered me by name when my husband stopped down to ask for towels. And she even asked us how our concert was that we went to the night before. So nice to have someone so thoughtful at the front desk. the bed was comfy, the room was cozy, and the location was great. the metro station was just a block away, and there were many dining options within a block as well. the waterfront was also just a few blocks south.

The parking rate of $47 was high, and there were no parking accommodations close by. the pool area could also use some updating.
