The location of this hotel is fantastic, with easy access to a variety of restaurants and a shopping area within walking distance. It's also conveniently close to the airport, making it a quick and convenient option for travelers. Additionally, I really appreciated the luxurious and comfortable room, complete with a Keurig machine, complimentary bottled water, and a clean and updated bathroom.

One major drawback of my stay at this hotel was the parking situation. The parking lot was consistently full and overcrowded, which meant that finding a spot was a challenge and I often had to park far away from the hotel.

They were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. Not only that, but when my hybrid car wouldn't start upon my return, they were pro-active in finding a solution and solving the problem. Their generosity and helpfulness were truly remarkable. I highly recommend Crowne Plaza for their excellent service and going above and beyond to make guests feel valued and cared for.

Additionally, the restaurant on site exceeded our expectations with its delicious and well-prepared meals.

We spent Thanksgiving at this hotel and overall it was a decent stay. We were given two complimentary drinks upon arrival which was a pleasant surprise. The location was very convenient, as it was near the airport and also close to shopping and dining. the room was clean and modern, and the bathroom was nice as well.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. The air conditioning unit was incredibly loud and made it difficult to sleep at night.
