I was disappointed by the musty scent in the room, which really affected my comfort. The hallway carpets were in need of a cleaning, making the whole atmosphere feel uninviting. Additionally, the breakfast options were unappetizing, prompting me to seek food elsewhere. Despite being an affordable choice for NYC, the lack of cleanliness made my stay less enjoyable.

The welcoming staff uplifted my stay with their friendliness, and the proximity to the subway made navigating the city a breeze. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a restful night after a long day exploring.

Sadly, breakfast choices felt repetitive, especially on the fourth day. I also wished for more amenities, like vending machines or a working bar. The noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable, which slightly disrupted the tranquility.

We absolutely loved the vibrant location! It was just a short walk to the subway, making commuting to the city so easy. Plus, there were plenty of fantastic restaurants and cafes nearby, perfect for late-night outings with friends.

The only downside was the slow elevator, which sometimes tested our patience.

this hotel woudl ve been nice if I had actually received my complimentary snacks after arriving. instead, I found a dirty bathroom and empty shampoo containers, just divine. also, the breakfast was an absolute nightmare, with long lines and unhealthy options. honestly, I almost praised this place, but just couldn't. 7/10, for trying I guess.

Bit of a letdown. The carpet was filthy and had a musty smell. But the staff were friendly and made us feel welcome, so not all bad.

The place is super close to the metro, which is a lifesaver! Jenny from the desk was a real chommie, so friendly and helpful. Plus, Margeret at brekkie was so lekker, always had a smile! The area is buzzing with cool spots to eat and shop, love that.

Stayed here for 4 nights and loved the vibe! Super close to the subway, so getting around was a breeze. The breakfast spread was solid, fresh bagels were a highlight. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The only thing was the lounge area could've used more drink options. Would def come back again for sure!

Enjoyed my week here with comfy beds and solid Wi-Fi! There's a neat lounge area and a patio perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was that the elevator was a bit slow, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all, as the vibe was just right! 😊
