Oh, the pillows and beds, so heavenly uncomfortable!

Our stay at Home2 Suites was worth every penny. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, especially with the full-size fridge and dishwasher. The location, just a short walk from the Mall of America, was convenient. The staff treated us with genuine warmth and helpfulness throughout our stay.

The only thing that would have improved the breakfast choices is if there were more options available.

I recently stayed at Home2 Suites By Hilton for a week-long family vacation. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the delicious and simple breakfast options, especially the breakfast sandwiches with different meat options like chicken sausage. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious, with a full kitchen that was convenient for our needs. The hotel's location was perfect, being close to the mall and Ikea. Our three-year-old son had a blast in the pool and made great friends. Plus, the hotel had a fantastic little wreck area that added to the fun.

Enjoyable swimming pool, although chlorine levels may be high for sensitive skin.

The highlight of my stay was definitely the convenient location. Being just four miles away from the MetroTransit Light Rail station, I felt like I had the freedom to explore downtown Minneapolis with ease. It was as if I had my own personal chauffeur ready to take me on an adventure!

The room had a kitchen with a sink and an actual refrigerator, which was a plus. The breakfast was delicious and the staff made sure it was simple but enjoyable. The hotel also offered shuttle service to nearby attractions.

The free wifi had connectivity issues, requiring frequent re-connections. The remote control for the TV was poor quality, making it almost unusable.

I gotta say, for the price we paid, we got a lot of bang for our buck! The room was spacious and had everything we needed, from a comfy bed to a kitchen area. The location was awesome, with Target and Walmart just a quick drive away, and the Mall of America practically right up the street. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the ladies. They even had a play area for the kiddos!

The only thing that could've made the breakfast even better was more variety in the food options.

This hotel is perfectly located near the mall of America, making it convenient for tourists. The rooms are very spacious, accommodating, and clean. You will get excellent room service, with garbage taken out daily and toilet paper refilled. The breakfast options are vast, with make-your-own waffle stations, sausage-egg sandwiches, toast, oatmeal, cereals. Furthermore, they have friendly staff, separate seating areas, and shuttle services that can take you to the mall or the airport at your convenience.

One downside to this hotel is that they do not empty the dishwasher between guests. Therefore, you need to do it yourself if you would like to use it.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the spacious room that included a mini kitchen with all necessary appliances, utensils, and even a toaster. the hotel's location, within walking distance to the Mall of America, is excellent for shopping and dining. I also enjoyed the coffee and tea available 24/7 in the lobby.

The free WiFi kept disconnecting and required a repetitive re-connection process that was inconvenient. the remote control for the TV was of poor quality.
