I stayed at this place and it was amazing. The location was so convenient, right atop the metro in Crystal City. I loved being able to easily walk to food, shopping, and more. The view from my room on the 15th floor was breathtaking. And the staff here were so friendly and helpful, just like the Japanese hospitality I experienced before.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. It was a great experience and I can't wait to stay here again.

We loved the clean and comfortable room, with a first-rate bathroom. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a classy lobby and a nice pool. The location was perfect, with a tunnel directly to the metro and Crystal City shops within walking distance. The staff was friendly and provided fast service at check-in and check-out. The receptionist even went out of her way to adjust our room rate, showing great patience and customer service.

Great location, just a short walk to the metro station, which was very convenient. the hotel also had an underground shopping district, making it easy to access restaurants and shops without having to go outside. the staff were friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The room decor was a bit gloomy, with too many shades of gray. It made the room feel dark and depressing, especially with the view of the surrounding architecture.

My stay at this hotel was fantastic. The beds and linens were amazing, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep. The cleanliness of both my room and the public areas of the hotel was impeccable. The staff were very helpful and professional, offering water while I waited to check in and allowing an early check-in. The hotel's location was unbelievably close to the Metro station, with easy access through underground tunnels, making transportation and exploring the city incredibly convenient.

Great accommodations, staff, location, & price. the hotel was easy to get to and the check-in process was a breeze. the room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was sparkling, bright, and modern. the hotel is very convenient to the Metro, on both the blue and yellow lines, with direct underground access. There are also shops underground and more restaurants nearby.

The only thing I wish I could get around is the steep parking fee. Spending almost half of the room rate just to park the car for a few hours seemed crazy.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the great location and easy access to the Crystal City metro station without having to go outside. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a thermostat that allowed us to set the temperature as cool as we wanted.

The room was newly remodeled and the bed was comfortable. The M club lounge had great service and a variety of snacks. The hotel's location made it convenient for accessing the metro and nearby shops and restaurants. I'd recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at a large hotel in Arlington recently. The location was perfect, with restaurants, convenience stores, and even an ABC store within walking distance. The hotel was also just a short 20-minute drive from the MGM National Harbor, which was a great bonus.

Comfortable beds, peaceful sleeping accommodations, good restaurant food, exceptional pool, amazing beds and linens, early check-in.

I recently stayed at Crystal Gateway Marriott for a business trip and I was very impressed. The front desk staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a fridge. The bed was super comfy and the view from my windows was lovely. The buffet breakfast had a good selection for healthy eaters. The free shuttle from the airport was also a convenient bonus.

Totally recommend this hotel.
