Another inconvenience was the lack of proper supplies in the room, such as an ironing facility and enough toiletries. The furniture in the room was also showing signs of wear and tear, and the bedding provided was minimal. the cleanliness of the room was questionable as we encountered baby roaches and found leftover food on the floor. These issues made our stay less comfortable and raised doubts about the overall hygiene standards of the hotel. In terms of amenities, the breakfast service was disappointing as they ran out of food before the stated cutoff time and didn't replenish the items. This left us with limited options for breakfast, especially during a busy weekend.

Quiet escape near the beautiful beach and major attractions.

The hotel was just a block from the Seawall, allowing for peaceful beach strolls while being close enough to enjoy Galveston's delightful sandy shores with limited crowds, and our room comfortable with a lovely view of the ocean; plus, it had a good air conditioning and cozy bedding. However, the hotel could definitely work on its maintenance and cleanliness.
