The lobby was welcoming and the rooms were spotless with incredibly comfortable beds. The hotel was conveniently located for the conference I attended, and there were plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. The area was peaceful and offered a lovely view of the mountains.

I had a great experience at Hilton! the hotel was very comfortable and classy. the front desk staff, Virginia, was exceptional. She helped my wife's sister find her way to the hotel and went above and beyond to assist us. the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a pleasant surprise, offering a wonderful and delicious experience. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, close to the heart of old town. the valet service was prompt and efficient, making parking hassle-free. it was a fantastic stay.

The shuttle service provided by the hotel was disappointing. the driver was rude and unhelpful, and the trip was uncomfortable due to his poor driving skills.

I recently stayed at Hilton Pasadena for a convention and had a wonderful experience. The property was conveniently located near the convention center, making it easy for me to attend all my meetings. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The valet attendants provided excellent service, and the housekeeping staff was sweet. I also enjoyed the Starbucks coffee kiosk in the lobby, a great way to start my day!
