We easily visited the Los Angeles Zoo and the Rose Bowl. The staff was super helpful, and the room was spacious enough for us. Also liked the close restaurants and Target nearby. Valet service was handy but plan for a little wait during busy hours.

However, walls felt a bit thin, leading to some noise disturbances from neighbors. Despite this, it was a pleasant visit during a busy weekend.

Staying here was fantastic! The location is vibrant, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making our nights out super convenient. The lobby atmosphere has a lively buzz perfect for socializing, and we enjoyed spacious rooms that were thoughtfully decorated.

One downside was the noisy plumbing, which occasionally interrupted our sleep.

Parking is exorbitantly priced!!! Valet service often slows down during busy events!!! Internet connectivity was spotty and frustrating!!! A coffee station for quick grab & go options is sorely needed!!!

The breakfast had heaps of choices, but the bathroom door design was a real letdown—hardly any privacy, eh? Staff were friendly, though! Chur!

Had a lekker brekkie selection every morning, and the complimentary water bottles were a nice touch. The staff were super friendly, always ready for a chat. Location was spot on—close to everything!

Only thing was the bar fridge was a bit wonky, hard to use. Eina, that was a bit of a hassle.

I stayed in a King Room for three nights. The room was spacious, clean, and had great mountain views from the higher floor—absolutely loved that! The decor felt modern, and the bed was really comfy. Housekeeping was on point, keeping everything tidy each day. I did notice the bathroom was roomy too. Just a heads up, self-parking is convenient but be prepared for a little bit of a walk to get to the hotel.

Had a mountain view king deluxe room. It was spacious with a balcony and an air conditioner. The shower had great water pressure, and the bathroom was large with free toiletries. Enjoyed using the fitness center and outdoor swimming pool. The mini-fridge and tea/coffee maker were convenient. Housekeeping kept it clean daily!

It was just a strong match for a passing visit in Pasadena with good price value. The outdoor pool was a great spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. If you're self-parking, check the rates ahead of time to avoid surprises at checkout.
