I loved how the hotel is conveniently located near major attractions and the subway, making it easy to explore the city. The beautiful rooms and public spaces added to the luxurious experience.

The staff seemed disorganized and didn't make an effort to welcome guests or make them feel at home. I was also charged for breakfast, even though it was meant to be complimentary.

The location of the hotel is exceptional, right next to a beautiful park and in an almost purely business area. The concierge, Julio César Becerril, was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us plan our activities and dining experiences, including arranging a fantastic guide for our city exploration. The hotel itself is upscale and modern, with spacious rooms and a beautiful courtyard. We also appreciated the attention to detail, like the special touches in the room for Christmas. we had a five-star experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Our recent stay at the Four Seasons in Mexico City was absolutely wonderful! We were there for a week-long vacation and the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect. The bed was slightly softer than I prefer, but still very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and enjoyable to use. The room service was prompt and efficient. We also loved the beautiful courtyard and the restaurant, Zanaya. our experience at the Four Seasons was superb and we would definitely return!

Another advantage was the excellent service provided by the staff, who made us feel like VIPs and even gave us special treats to celebrate our 10th anniversary.

The restaurant and bar had limited seating in the winter months, which meant we had to eat breakfast outside in the cold. Additionally, there was construction work outside the hotel that caused noise disturbances throughout the night.
