The moment we entered our room, I was shocked by the cramped space and its cleanliness—or lack thereof. I found sharp lancets in the bed, raising serious concerns about hygiene. Seriously, how hard is it to check for dangerous items?

The hotel had a clean, comfortable vibe, and the breakfast spread was impressive—homemade biscuits and gravy were a highlight. check-in was rocky; the staff member's demeanor felt off after a long journey. The room we got, although spacious, needed better attention; it wasn't as clean as expected. Hallways smelled of smoke, and parking was a challenge, especially with mobility issues. Despite these quirks, the grounds were beautiful and well-kept. A bit more care in upkeep and hospitality would make a world of difference. I'll remember the castle-like charm, though.

Another issue was the noisy environment caused by other guests, especially near the breakfast area and pool.

We loved that we could easily stroll to the Branson Ferris Wheel in just over a kilometer and numerous dining spots like Sweet Susie's Frozen Treats just a few steps away while enjoying the beautiful surroundings and the hotel provided a comfortable stay with friendly staff and plenty of parking but the breakfast could definitely use some improvement because the sausage and eggs were cold.

The location is convenient off the main strip. With attentive staff and upgrades, this place could truly shine.

The Stone Castle Hotel offers a delightful experience with comfortable beds and immaculate rooms. The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive, making our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was decent, and the indoor pool and jacuzzi provided a relaxing escape. A nice choice for Branson visitors!
