We loved the hotel's location near downtown with easy covered parking. It was close enough to all the great things the downtown area has to offer, including the ballpark. We also appreciated that certain areas were within walking distance. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was informative and provided excellent customer service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beds and sofas were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were immaculate and spacious. It was wonderful to have a separate living area, and the interior corridors overlooking the atrium created a great atmosphere. The location of this place was ideal, as it was near everything we wanted to see downtown. We also appreciated the convenience of having a Starbucks on-site. The staff at check-out were friendly and helpful, and we were greeted with a welcome drink upon arrival. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The soundproofed rooms allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. the level of comfort and quality service at this hotel was top-notch.

The check-in process was poor and the front desk staff was unhelpful and antagonistic. There was confusion regarding the reservation and unnecessary phone calls had to be made to resolve it.

We stayed at this hotel last minute and it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The all suite rooms were perfect for our family, allowing us to put our toddler down in a quiet space while we relaxed in the sitting room. The staff was friendly and professional, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast was excellent and the pool and hot tub were great for relaxing. we highly recommend this hotel.

One night, we experienced poor service at the hotel bar. The bartender seemed to ignore us and we had to wait for a while to get served.

The stay was made more enjoyable with the two complementary drinks and snacks offered upon arrival. the location was perfect as it was close to both shopping and entertainment. the heated indoor pool was also a great advantage which made up for the weather outside.

The internet was not free and required enrollment to their award system, and parking was an added expense.
