My recent stay at Drury Inn & Suites was fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was speedy and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary "kickback" meal and drinks offered to guests each evening, which provided a good variety of options. The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a long day. Our suite was spacious and well-appointed, with separate living and sleeping areas, as well as a convenient kitchenette. The bathroom was clean and had dual sinks, and the shower provided plenty of hot water. Housekeeping could have been a bit more thorough, but the front desk staff was quick to respond and address our concerns. Breakfast was complimentary and had a good selection of foods, although the bananas were a bit too ripe. our stay was enjoyable and I would definitely consider staying at a Drury property again.

The beds were the best I've ever slept on in a hotel! The staff was friendly and the breakfast, as well as the tea, coffee, soda, and snacks. The indoor/outdoor pool and jacuzzi were awesome. The hotel itself was gorgeous and beautifully designed.

I recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded all my expectations. the location was perfect for our needs as it was close to everything we wanted to visit in Ohio. Not only that, but it was also conveniently situated near good restaurants and our travel route. Additionally, the service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The basic amenities in the room, including the comfortable king size bed and the hide-a-bed sofa, were of great quality. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel room had an unusually large bathroom, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. Lastly, the breakfast included a variety of options that catered to everyone's taste, making it a delightful way to start the day.

We had a fantastic stay at Drury Inn & Suites. With 5 grandkids in tow, it was a hit! The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were top-notch. We loved the popcorn and Hor Derbes in the evening, and the breakfast was amazing too. The pool was one of the cleanest we've seen in a while. It was super convenient and the evening appetizers were filling and varied. The bed was the most comfortable ever experienced in a hotel. Can't wait to return!

From the moment we entered this hotel, we were greeted with friendly staff and a beautifully designed and decorated lobby. The beds were the best we have ever slept on in a hotel, providing a comfortable night's rest. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, from the rooms to the pool area. We loved the convenience of the hotel's location, as it was right off the highway and close to everything we needed in this city. Additionally, the breakfast provided was amazing, saving us the hassle of finding a place to eat in the morning.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and our room. The dinner snacks and drinks were a nice touch, and the breakfast was amazing. The rain shower in our room was a great feature, and the tub was easy to step into. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the convenience to the hospital, as it was easy to get there in the middle of the night. The bed and bathroom were clean, which made for a comfortable stay. The hot meal in the morning was a great start to the day, and we also appreciated the availability of popcorn for snacking. Additionally, having access to the pool and hot tub was a nice bonus.

hot tub reservation issue

The location was very convenient, being close to the university and easy to get to from the interstate. the complimentary pool was a nice bonus, and the free breakfast provided was delicious. the staff members were friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.
