Breakfast options are original and delicious with warm cinnamon rolls and a pancake maker. The front desk staff provided exceptional service, resulting in a memorable stay.

We had a great stay at Holiday Inn Express! the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the lobby had a modern and welcoming atmosphere. the front desk staff were excellent, providing us with friendly and helpful service. Our room and beds were very comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a microwave and coffee maker in the room. the pool, although small, was enjoyable for our grandkids. the location was convenient, with grocery stores, gas stations, a movie theater, and a Sam's Club nearby. We also appreciated the late evening fire pit and the complimentary Dove shampoo and conditioner in the washroom.

I got great value for my money at Holiday Inn Express in West Melbourne. The room was comfortable and quiet, allowing me to sleep like a baby. The location was convenient and the staff treated me like family.

The shower had low water pressure, which made it difficult to wash properly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I even had to check the brand because I want one for myself - it was a Beautyrest! The showerhead in the bathroom was amazing, and the whole bathroom was lovely. Additionally, the hotel has a beautiful area in the back with a walkway and stunning landscaping where I could walk my dog. Despite being in between several parking lots, there was grass and a bench, making it a very pretty area. The front desk staff was very friendly, especially the lady who welcomed me, and the room itself was spacious, well-decorated, and very clean. I loved the breakfast, which was served outside by the pool, giving me the option to enjoy my meal in a comfortable and safe environment.

The room was super comfortable, especially with the spacious work area and the big screen TV with Chromecast. It felt like a cozy home away from home.

I personally didn't find the desk chair very comfy.
