I was really put off by the state of the room. It was dirty, the towels looked questionable, and there was this strange mildew smell. Plus, the air conditioning wasn’t cutting it, making the whole experience uncomfortable.

The room was spacious and spotless, with a comfortable bed and good pillows. Temperature control was effective, keeping the space cozy. The view from the balcony added a lovely touch. the first room had a musty smell, which was disappointing. The gym was lacking, just a treadmill and a bike, with other equipment out of order. Breakfast was basic but satisfactory. housekeeping did a good job during our stay. With a few improvements in cleanliness and amenities, this could enhance the overall experience significantly.

Front desk staff demonstrated exceptional service. Quick remedy for missing toiletries and even offered a complimentary Coke due to an unexpected delay. Nicely appointed lake view room, comfortable bed, and delightful pool experience, feeding turtles was a highlight. The property is beautifully renovated, with vibrant colors and a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast was decent but could use more variety. Some hallways had cobwebs; cleanliness needs attention. Issues with room refurbishment included wall maintenance and pests. Area was serene, ideal for a family getaway. A few minor setbacks, but the professionalism of the staff and the scenic views make it worth considering for a future stay. Just ensure cleanliness meets guests' expectations.

The bed was a dream, with super comfy bedding that felt brand new. I loved the outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace for relaxing in those warm rays! Shoutout to the amazing staff, especially Victoria, who turned a little hiccup into a fabulous experience!

I loved the breathtaking views from our balcony at Baymont On the Lake! The pool area was a delight, especially with the umbrellas providing shade. Breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable. A perfect getaway!

The hotel offers stunning views of the beautiful lake right outside the lobby, making it a perfect spot for a scenic stroll or a peaceful moment to unwind, with many attractions like Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf just a 10-minute walk away and Garvan Woodland Gardens only about 5 kilometers away, ideal for weekend explorers like us; the room features a lovely balcony for soaking in those views, but it could use a cleaning service during the stay.

Perfect lakeside location, but the experience was a mix of highs and lows. The outdoor patio was relaxing, yet some curtains in the room were torn and the hallways had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was great, but the pool left much to be desired—poorly maintained and not deep enough. There were issues with unclean bedding and a noisy environment that disrupted sleep. the friendly staff, especially Victoria, provided assistance and seemed genuinely helpful. With some maintenance and cleanliness improvements, it has potential, but the price feels steep for the current state.
