The evening reception with free food and drinks is a nice touch. On the downside, noise from the lobby disturbed our sleep in the morning.

I recently stumbled upon this hotel during a road trip and I have to say it was an absolute gem. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail. The lobby, dining area, hallways, and most importantly, our room, were spotless. It was clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

All was splendid, no improvements needed.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and clean rooms. the staff was also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that my dietary restrictions were taken into consideration, even making a special baked potato just for me. Additionally, the hotel's location right off of I-55 was convenient for easy access to other attractions.

I did encounter some issues during my stay. One of them was the lack of housekeeping service.

The front desk staff at Drury Inn were extremely helpful and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met, even providing assistance during the mandatory shut down. The facilities were top-notch and the complimentary amenities like popcorn and drinks added a nice touch. The breakfast spread was also impressive with a good variety. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was gracious, helpful, and the best I've seen in the hotel service industry. The pillow-top mattress provided a comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast was terrific.
