As a solo traveler, I loved the comfortable beds, tasty hot breakfast, and evening kick-back at Drury Inn & Suites Phoenix Happy Valley. Great location near restaurants, shopping at Anthem outlets, and a movie theater.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing exceptional customer service. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and the evening happy hour with free drinks and a nice selection of food. The hotel is conveniently located in a nice area near a mall and the airport.

We loved this place! The location was perfect for exploring the northwest valley and we had some of the best hospitality from the staff. The room amenities were great, including the comfortable sitting area and the flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast and the late-night bar selection. The swimming pool and spa & wellness center were a nice touch for relaxation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with the rooms being immaculate and the bathrooms spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a pool and a hot tub. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond in terms of customer service. We loved the complimentary breakfast and kickback dinner, which added value to our stay. The location was great, as it was close to restaurants and a mall for additional dining options.

Pool partially indoors, complimentary breakfast and snacks like mac & cheese and popcorn until 10 pm, clean rooms with mini-fridge and microwave, friendly staff providing good service, enjoyable stay for teenagers.

I had a wonderful stay at Drury Inn & Suites. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained in all areas. The breakfast provided a good variety of options, including bacon and hash browns. I also enjoyed the kick back food in the evenings, especially the finger food appetizers like small subs and egg rolls. The staff made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.

The only downside was that there wasn't much variety of food available at the pool area, just a few park-like benches. Additionally, I was a bit disappointed that a couple of cleanliness issues were missed by housekeeping, such as hair on the walls of the shower.

The staff at check-in were friendly and provided excellent service. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great bathroom. The evening reception and breakfast provided a nice variety of food options. I would recommend this hotel for a great stay.

We stayed at Drury Inn for a week and loved it! The staff, including Vicki, Kathi, Duane, Tyrone. They were friendly and accommodating, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with great amenities like a delicious breakfast and evening snacks. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the recent renovations gave it a warm and calming ambiance. The pool area was also spacious and inviting. Despite being located a bit out of town, I had no trouble getting around. The room was comfortable and the happy hour was a nice touch, with enough food to make a meal. During our romantic escape, we appreciated the well-maintained rooms and the attentive staff. the room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options to start our day off right.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. the pool was small and didn't seem to be well-maintained.

The complementary breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly. the hotel is located near some great restaurants and shopping centers which made it easy for us to go out and enjoy romantic moments. the bed was king-sized with many soft pillows, and it was difficult to leave it in the morning.

We couldn't enjoy our stay at this hotel as the room was poorly maintained. Dirty towels and bed sheets made our stay uncomfortable, and it was hard to believe it was a romantic escape.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and provided great service. We loved the complimentary cocktails during the happy hour and the large screen in our room. The breakfast had many great options and was included in our stay.
