The valet and front desk were fabulously helpful and friendly. The beds were comfy, the facility was clean, and the rooftop deck was lovely. Breakfast was delicious and hearty.

Getting to the hotel was an adventure thanks to the teeny, tiny sign and dodgy vibe.

The food at dinner and breakfast was appreciated. The pool and hot tub were nice. The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The staff, specifically Jose and the lady that works with him, provided excellent customer service. The room and bathroom were extremely clean.

I keep returning to this hotel because it suits me perfectly. The staff once helped me with plug adaptors. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, gym, and a pet-friendly policy. I'm excited to come back for Christmas!

I recently stayed at Drury in downtown Pittsburgh for the marathon festival. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the expo and race start. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even holding our bags after checkout. The Queen suite was spacious with comfortable beds, and the Pittsburgh themed art was a nice touch. The 5:30 kickback was a hit with my family, offering different food options each evening and unlimited popcorn. a great experience.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcome and were very helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and incredibly clean, exceeding my expectations. I loved the convenience of the built-in outlets in the lights, making it easy to charge my phone. The shower had great water pressure, allowing me to quickly soak my hair. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to the convention center and right in downtown.

I also appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room, as it made my stay more convenient. The hotel's location was perfect for me as it was close to everything, including the conference center and convention center. Additionally, I loved that the hotel offered free meals and drinks during my stay, and the breakfast included was delicious.

A Wonderful Experience. We were blown away by the unique and historic atmosphere of the hotel. The former Federal Reserve bank building adds a special touch to the decor. The lobby, with its vaults leading into guest rooms, is absolutely stunning. Our room was clean and well-appointed, and the bathroom was beautiful. The hotel staff, including valet, were friendly and helpful. We also loved the convenient downtown location, within walking distance to almost everywhere. a wonderful experience!

As a transit traveler, I found Drury Plaza Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown's proximity to Pittsburgh International Airport incredibly convenient. the hotel's location, just a 10-minute walk from Gateway and a 5-minute walk from Wood Street, made it easy to explore the city during my short stay.

I encountered some minor issues with a few staff members during my stay. While most of the team was outstanding, there were a couple of instances where the service fell short of expectations.

My room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and great amenities. I loved the breakfast buffet and happy hour, both included in the price. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the convention center and downtown. I highly recommend this hotel!
