The value for the money was exceptional, with great food options and a wonderful concierge level. The location was easy to drive into and the staff treated us with kindness and warmth.

Breakfast selection could be improved with more diverse options and flavors.

We had a fantastic time at this resort! The staff provided top-notch service and made us feel like royalty. They were always attentive, even in the scorching heat, and had smiles on their faces. The hotel facilities were huge and beautiful, with multiple pools to enjoy and a nice beach. Despite being a large property, it never felt crowded, even during the holiday season. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we loved the fact that there were balconies in many of the rooms overlooking the property and the ocean. The breakfast options were delicious, and there were plenty of food options throughout the day. The staff were enjoyable to talk to and were very helpful during our stay. The transportation service to downtown made it easy to explore the city, and the hotel was conveniently located near Emilio's Tequila Tasting and Vina Del Mar.

Nothing to complain about at all.

We just came back from a wonderful vacation in a nice resort. We could gaze at the waves of the ocean from our balcony, savoring the fantastic fruits from the breakfast buffet. There's a variety of restaurants around the property, from the Peninsula, right down to the next bay over. The room was clean and spacious, with both a tub and shower that we enjoyed. Moreover, the attentive and friendly staff was always there to help us.

Only the noise level at night was a slight issue.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury! From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. the spa & wellness centre was stunning and the full-body massage I received was exactly what I needed. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace offered exclusive amenities, with heated swimming pool and sun loungers available for ultimate relaxation. the infinity pool is breathtaking with its view of the garden area and beachfront. the restaurant was of the highest quality and the in-room breakfast was just perfect.

The entertainment was a little lacking, with only a few live performances and karaoke available. this was a minor issue as the hotel had provided me with everything I needed for a perfect stay.

The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. The resort had multiple pools and a beautiful beach. The views were breathtaking. The food options were varied and delicious. The shuttle service made it easy to explore the area.

Had a great time at Grand Fiesta. Loved the private pool and excellent service. The Italian and Mexican restaurants were wonderful. Despite a mixup at check-in, the staff was helpful. Overall I recommend this hotel.

The service at this resort was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff throughout the entire stay. the room service was quick and efficient, and the resort Wi-Fi was reliable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions in the area.

On the downside, the bed was quite hard, which might not be comfortable for those who prefer a softer sleeping surface. In terms of dining, the breakfast menu at one of the restaurants could use improvement, with watery scrambled eggs and limited options for pancakes and other breakfast favorites.

Beautiful resort with great restaurants and delicious food, especially the sushi at Sky and the red snapper at El Mexicano. The staff is exceptional and friendly, providing outstanding service throughout the stay. The resort exceeded expectations, offering a wide range of food options and maintaining its beauty despite the previous hurricane.

Spending a week at Grand Fiesta was heavenly. The views from my room were breathtaking, and the hot tub on the deck was a great touch. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food in the restaurants. The resort was clean, well maintained, and the service was over the top!!!

Variety of food options including fruit, proteins, and delicious mini desserts. Friendly staff and beautiful pools for swimming. Recommended for a fun vacation spot. Rooms are comfortable and equipped with AC, however, could use a dresser for clothing.

Amazing views and great service by the pool. the food delivery service was amazingly efficient and quick. the location was close to great attractions and the beach was perfect for spotting whales. Enjoyed feeding the fish on the beach.

The entertainment was lacking and amateur. the air conditioning was loud and made it difficult to sleep.
