We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short scooter ride away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The staff was excellent, always helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. The pool area was amazing, with plenty of seating options and a beautiful garden to relax in. We also enjoyed the happy hour bar and the convenience of having beach towels available. we highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Key West.

The hotel had secluded areas like a swing sitting area and a sun deck away from the pool, which were perfect for a romantic escape. The tiki bar was a fun touch. Additionally, the common areas of the property were well maintained.

The compact room layout made it necessary to trade places to access the bathroom. The bathroom also had mold issues that needed attention.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It’s located in a quaint neighborhood that’s super close to downtown, but on a quiet street, so we slept really well. The staff here is amazing. They gave us a refreshing welcome drink when we checked in and were always available to help us out with anything we needed. Our room was really comfortable and had everything we needed like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee-making equipment. The garden furniture on the terrace was a nice touch, and we enjoyed relaxing there in the evenings. The swimming pool and outdoor lounge area were also really great - the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

We would highly recommend this hotel to all!

The hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways! the value for money was fantastic. The rates were really reasonable for what we got in return. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They went out of their way to assist guests, even helping a wheelchair-bound lady enjoy the pool. And lastly, the location of the hotel was perfect. Situated on a quiet street in a cute neighborhood, it was still close enough to downtown for easy access to all the attractions.

The bed was too small, more like a 3/4 size, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Parking was limited, and if you don't get a spot in the hotel car park, finding street parking can be a challenge.

We loved the amazing outdoor shower in our room, it was the best we've ever experienced! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the complimentary drink upon arrival was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the Christmas conch train tour and the cozy and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.

We also enjoyed the 20% discount at the neighboring restaurant, Azur, which served delicious breakfasts every day. we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at Eden House. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Key West.

As youngsters, we loved the cozy rooms, pool, and tiki bar. The location was perfect for exploring the beaches and restaurants nearby.
