The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with everything being neat and up to date. I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance, such as the famous Powell Book Store and the trendy Pearl District. I was also pleased to find that it was just a short walk away from the light rail station, which made it easy for me to catch a ride to the Moda Center for a concert. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. They even recommended some great restaurants when I asked, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Additionally, the train station is nearby, making it easy to move around. The rooms have a modern decor and the bedding is comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

The cleanliness of the hotel is subpar, with dust and mold found in several areas, such as the bathroom and shower vent, exposing only surface-level cleaning.

The best aspects of our romantic escape were the convenient downtown location and the helpful staff. We were able to explore the city easily, thanks to the hotel's proximity to key locations. the staff went out of their way to assist us and make our stay enjoyable.

The worst aspects of our stay were the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom and the uncomfortable bed. the bathroom had evidence of previous guests, including a used toothbrush and stains on the walls and shower curtain.

The hotel had a great location, close to popular tourist spots and restaurants. the room was spacious and comfortable with two queen beds. the hotel was clean and well-maintained.

The hotel lacked luggage trolleys for guests checking out, causing inconvenience and extra effort to transport luggage. the parking fee of $38 per day was excessive and should be included in the room rate to avoid surprise charges.

The check-in process was convenient and easy. The staff members were exceptionally friendly. The hotel is located near a lot of shopping and restaurants, which is perfect for young people looking to be entertained. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well organized. The adjoining restaurant had really great food at a reasonable price.

I loved staying at this hotel! It was located right in the heart of the city and I was able to walk to all of the attractions. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable, and the restaurant downstairs had great food at an affordable price. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they even provided a complimentary bottle of wine when I mentioned I was celebrating my anniversary. I had a wonderful experience staying here.

Our room was quiet and clean, allowing us to have a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. The hot water in the bathroom was a bonus, especially after a long day of exploring the downtown area. We appreciated the convenience of the MAX train, which made it easy for us to visit our granddaughter and explore various attractions in this city. The front desk staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. In the mornings, grabbing a coffee from the reception was a thoughtful gesture, especially during the chilly weather.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Portland for a few nights. The hotel was conveniently located near the MAXX light rail, making it easy to get around the city. The warm welcome I received upon arrival set the tone for a great stay. The bed and room were comfortable, and the wifi worked excellently. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a guest laundry facility on-site, which was a nice convenience. The hotel's on-site restaurant, with its quirky Portlandia-inspired menu, offered delicious food and a fun atmosphere.

We had a great stay at Courtyard! the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Lizolette at the night desk. She went above and beyond to make our experience special, even arranging a room change for us and leaving a sweet note under our door. the room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel had a nice workout room. the location was also fantastic, with an awesome restaurant and a private courtyard for relaxing.
