I keep returning here for its excellent service. They helped with my elderly parents on my first stay. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hr reception, fitness center, and indoor pool. Perfect for holidays with cookware, sun loungers, pet-friendly, AC, and non-smoking rooms.

Great value for the money, comfortable room, and fantastic location. the staff at the hotel were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds and a spacious layout. Helpful staff and enjoyable breakfast and beverage bar. On-site amenities such as a pool, grill, fire pit, and bar were nice. Close to a grocery store for in-room cooking. Complimentary event with wine and cheese was a nice added touch.

Some guests have reported poor housekeeping services where trash was left outside their rooms for days.

Element was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, offering a kitchenette for convenience. the indoor pool, gym, and tropical-themed bar were delightful amenities. the apartment-style setup with a full kitchen added a homely touch. the breakfast options were varied, and EV owners could benefit from the 4 charging stations in the parking area. the property exuded a pleasant scent upon entry, and the morning breakfast spread was delightful, featuring quiche, cereal, meats, and cheeses.

We loved the modern room decor, mini market in the lobby, and comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The kitchenette was a great addition with a coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator. Even though we didn't use the swimming pool or fitness room, we appreciated that they were available. The lobby had lots of cozy seating areas, and the location was convenient for shopping.

The Element Atlanta Buckhead offers clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a convenient kitchenette. The breakfast is delicious and the front desk staff is helpful. The hotel location was great as it was within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. the fresh French toast served for breakfast was delicious and a nice touch. the indoor pool area had a nice ambiance and was well maintained.

The staff was not very accommodating when we brought these issues to their attention. the valet service was also rude and not helpful.

The kitchenette was very useful and well-equipped with cookware. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The front desk quickly resolved an issue with my parking payment, which I appreciated. Overall I recommend this hotel.
