Gnats were everywhere at breakfast—quite off-putting.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a

nice layout that made it easy for our family to relax. I really appreciated the complimentary evening reception. it created a friendly atmosphere. However, we faced delays with the elevator during busy times, which was a bit frustrating.

The lobby was canny lush, and the staff were lovely, especially Tasha at the front desk! The free breakfast was a right treat too. But, howay, the rooms could do with a good freshen-up. Still, would happily come back, like!

Comfortable room, convenient location, with the added bonus of a fantastic indoor swimming pool and a delightful complimentary breakfast that energized our explorations around the city.

Everything was first-rate.

the embassy suites had a great indoor pool that the kids loved. breakfast was top-notch, with a variety of tasty options. the front desk staff, especially a standout named gisselle, made our stay very welcoming and enjoyable.

I'd suggest improving the room service. it seemed quite disorganized during busy hours.

i had such high hopes for this hotel, but what a letdown. the elevators were out of order, forcing me to climb endless stairs, absolutely beneath my expectations. the pool looked murky like no one cared. i certainly woudl ve been happy with a room upgrade for my troubles, but of course, that didn't happen. just couldn't be happy here.

First off, the breakfast was wicked good—hot and fresh, they really nailed that. But man, those elevators were a mess. took forever just to get upstairs. Plus, I've seen cleaner places, no doubt about that. Staff was decent, helped me find a good spot to park. Definitely could use some sprucing up, though.

the indoor pool was a highlight. it felt refreshing. the breakfast spread was quite good, especially the omelet station where the cook worked efficiently, minimizing wait times.

the air conditioning could be improved. it struggled to cool effectively.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and an indoor pool. I remember my first stay, when staff helped me find my lost car keys. Friendly and accommodating, I highly recommend it!

It was all superb.

The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I really enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi for unwinding in the evenings. The only downside was that the elevators were having issues and made getting around a bit tricky, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊
