We had a very pleasant stay at Embassy Suites. The check-in process was incredibly easy and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had comfortable beds. The breakfast options were excellent and we enjoyed the amenities provided. We also appreciated that our room request for a quiet location was honored. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff greeted me with friendly attitudes and the complimentary breakfast was great. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to everything and also close to Nashville. The location is convenient, being close to the interstate and there are lots of shopping and eating options nearby. The hotel facilities were attractive, from the lobby to the overall look of the hotel.

Nothing negative to say.

On the positive side, the room was very comfortable. the bed was cozy and I had a restful night's sleep. However, although the comfort of the room was appreciated, it did not make up for the disappointing breakfast experience.

The breakfast dining experience was disappointing. the self, serve options were not well stocked and there were dirty dishes on the tables.

The suite-style rooms were perfect for our family. The breakfast and evening reception met expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast at the Embassy Suites was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Though the eggs were cool, the warmers may have made them hotter. The comfortable foyer created a great atmosphere for chatting with friends and meeting new people. The rooms were a good size and had a large variety of breakfast options.

I recently had a great stay at a certain hotel in a sprawling, safe area. The prices were very reasonable and the hotel provided excellent value for money. I was impressed by the attention to detail, especially in the well-maintained and clean rooms on the higher floors, including the 9th floor. The king size bed provided a comfortable night's sleep, and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The basic amenities were all there, and the location was fantastic, with a large open mall and various restaurants within walking distance. The highlight for me was the delicious breakfast, particularly the made-to-order omelet station.
