The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. They provided excellent customer service and made our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic. It offered amazing views and had a great atmosphere. One more advantage that we enjoyed was the comfortable bed. It was heavenly and provided a good night's sleep.

There were a couple of negative aspects during our stay. we were charged an incorrect rate that was different from the one we were quoted.

This hotel is in a great location, with shopping and dining options nearby. The staff is friendly and the happy hour offers delicious Margaritas. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. The breakfast is excellent, with made-to-order omelettes and fresh fruit. The pool area is lovely and the hotel overall has a resort-like feel.

This hotel is definitely a hidden gem! The views of the mountains are absolutely stunning and worth a visit on their own. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable with all the basic amenities you'd need for a holiday. I particularly liked the fact that breakfast was included with made to order omelets, which were delicious! The staff were very friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Embassy Suites! The breakfast was delicious with made-to-order omelets and the evening cocktail hour was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and the staff were accommodating. The location was convenient for hiking and there was a shopping center nearby. The pool and jacuzzi were also a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is a great value for money. The rooms are clean and good-sized, perfect for a couple. The location is central, with plenty of excellent restaurants nearby, and it's near the Westin La Paloma. The staff is attentive and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful, with made-to-order omelettes, fresh fruit, and a variety of options.

The location of the hotel was convenient for our plans in Tucson, as it was located in the foothills of a mountain range and close to Sabino Canyon Recreation area. The beautiful area provided us with mountain views, while the room was spacious enough and offered all the basic conveniences. The service during the evening reception and breakfast was excellent, serving great nibbles, omelets, and pancakes. The outdoor balcony was also a nice place to enjoy the views while watching the bats fly over the pool.

There was one aspect of the hotel that was not up to par. Despite the friendly staff, there was a lack of communication regarding the requests I made in advance.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the made-to-order eggs were a highlight. The pool was a good size and there were plenty of outdoor spaces to relax in. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area.

The housekeeping service was lacking as we had to request clean towels ourselves and there were no towels available at the pool. The pool also closed too early at 11pm, it would have been better if it stayed open until midnight.

This hotel in the foothills of the Catalina mountains offers great value for money. The rooms with balconies provide a nice view of the surroundings. The attention to detail is evident in the well-equipped kitchenettes. The staff is friendly and the breakfast includes made-to-order omelets, a step above the usual scrambled eggs.

The room decor was outdated, and the bathroom lacked sufficient towel bars and hooks. the gym was on the smaller side, but with all the hiking opportunities around, it wasn't too much of an issue.
