embassy suites san antonio exceeded my expectations - impressive cocktail time, friendly staff, and beautifully decorated rooms. great location for exploring the alamo and rivercenter mall. highly recommend!

odor issue in room

We had a great weekend staying at a hotel in downtown. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and amenities. We loved the complimentary breakfast and the evening snack time, it was a great bonus. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One downside was that the pool was small and overcrowded, and the water was not very clear due to the number of people using it. Additionally, we were supposed to receive two complimentary water bottles at check-in but did not. When we called the front desk, they asked us to come down and get them, which was inconvenient with a handicapped child and elderly mother. Another issue was that the housekeeping staff did not empty all the trash bins in our suite, leaving at least one full of trash each day. these were minor inconveniences that did not greatly impact our stay.

The lobby was a beautiful, great place to gather and visit, or just be alone. It was very relaxing. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast buffet was most amazing. Best of any hotel I’ve ever had. Loved how the hotel was on the River, but out of the heavy traffic. Perfect placing for walking anywhere of downtown interest. I would highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful lobby, great pool, amazing breakfast buffet, and perfect location.

I recently stayed at Embassy Suites in downtown San Antonio for a job interview. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The beds were incredibly cozy and the breakfast was amazing. I also enjoyed the complimentary Happy Hour and the beautiful hotel atmosphere. The hotel was clean, easily accessible, and the staff provided helpful recommendations for places to visit.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the great room with a nice view of the river walk. The breakfast and evening reception were fantastic, offering a variety of food that exceeded our expectations. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the river walk, many restaurants, and only a short distance to the Alamo and Perle Brewery.

Our stay at Embassy Suites was great! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the cocktail hour was a nice touch. We appreciated the electronic chargers, microwave, and refrigerator in the suite.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel. It was located in the heart of the city and everything was within walking distance. The service from the staff was excellent, from the housekeeping to the front desk. The room was well-maintained and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini-bar and a flat-screen TV. The swimming pool was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun.

Located on the riverwalk, this hotel is in a prime spot between the Market Square and downtown. The spacious room and comfortable furniture provide a pleasant stay. You will enjoy a large bathroom, Keurig coffee maker, kitchen sink, and refrigerator. The breakfast buffet and snacks are perfect for a morning boost. Excellent valet service and friendly staff are available to assist with any needs you might. The facility offers the added bonus of a modern decor and a two-room suite design with two TVs.

This hotel is perfectly situated right on the Riverwalk. We loved its location, as it was in a quieter area of the Riverwalk, but still close enough to all the downtown activities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the free cocktails and breakfast with eggs to order were a wonderful surprise.

The complimentary snacks and drinks were great. We also enjoyed the suite's river view. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city.

We were disappointed with our stay. Our room was not properly cleaned and there were noticeable stains on the bedding. Additionally, the room had a musty odor that made it difficult to relax and fully enjoy our romantic escape. The staff did not seem concerned with our complaints, which made our stay even more disappointing.
