I can't believe how bad the cleanliness was! The room was dusty and smelled musty, plus the carpets were stained. Even worse, the AC vent looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages.

The happy hour with free drinks and snacks is a total win! The breakfast is a culinary delight with made-to-order omelets and tasty potatoes.

The pool could have been bigger for the number of kids running around.

The area outside the hotel felt unsafe, with a stark contrast to the interior. While the experience had its highlights, considerable improvements are necessary to match the expectations set by the brand.

Perfectly positioned for easy access to San Antonio's highlights

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience, as it is right on the Riverwalk with stunning views including a beautiful waterfall just beneath the property that made for great photo backdrops and offered quick access to a variety of attractions, plus we only had to walk about 20 minutes to reach the convention center; additionally, the hotel offered clean, comfortable rooms with excellent amenities like a fridge and microwave, delightful complimentary breakfast with made-to-order omelets, and a unique happy hour from 5:30 to 7:30 PM serving two free drinks and snacks. the pool was a bit small and tended to get busy at night.

The room was spacious and had excellent A/C, ensuring a comfortable temperature. The view was cool, allowing me to monitor my car from the window, which was convenient. The beds were plush, but I found the pillows lacking in support. The environment felt clean, though the bathroom had a musty odor and needed better maintenance. The complimentary breakfast was the best I've ever experienced, with made-to-order omelets and plenty of options. the lack of timely housekeeping left us lacking essential items for the sleeper sofa. The noise level was low, providing a peaceful environment to relax.

Room service was sparse, with incomplete amenities. Still, the airy lobby and close proximity to attractions made it a decent experience. Just wish some of the details had been managed better.
