Our stay at Wingate in Gurnee was fantastic! We stayed here to easily get to the Renaissance Faire in Wisconsin, and the location was wonderful. The staff was so kind and personable, especially the woman who did the dining area and the front desk morning staff. The beds were comfy, the shower had decent water pressure, and the property was very clean and quiet. We loved the close proximity to the shopping mall, and the free breakfast was nice. The staff even kept it open late so everyone could eat. We will definitely stay here again if we go next year!

Additionally, the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. From the well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds to the basic amenities provided, every aspect was carefully thought of. The location of the hotel, right across the mall, was also a major advantage. It made it convenient for shopping and dining options. Moreover, the staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and attentive. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was wonderful. It provided a great variety of options and the coffee available in the lobby 24 hours was an added bonus.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. The staff, especially Eva at the front desk, was incredibly personable and helpful throughout my stay.
