We stayed at Fairfield Inn for 7 nights and ended up extending our stay to 9 days. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. The hotel had ample car parking and the breakfast buffet was exceptional, with attentive staff ensuring everything was well-stocked. Additionally, they had a self-service laundry facility, which was reasonably priced. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our road trip, strategically placed to easily access other destinations. The complementary breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of options. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the abundance of pillows was a welcome touch. The front desk had essential items available at no extra charge, which was convenient for any forgotten necessities. The staff, particularly Joe, was friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person. The woman in charge of breakfast was exceptional, constantly replenishing items and maintaining a pleasant attitude despite some demanding guests.

The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and everything we needed was within walking distance. The staff was friendly and professional, and our housekeeper was thorough and attentive. this hotel offered great cleanliness, facilities, parking, transportation, and a delicious breakfast.

Plus, it's located in a shopping complex opposite, which means there are lots of options to choose from. The service provided by the staff is outstanding, and the basic amenities are just what you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are updated with nice furniture and bedding, and I appreciate the fact that there is no carpet, which is great for kids with allergies. Lastly, the breakfast with waffles available every day is a perfect start to the morning.

During my stay at Fairfield Inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the free shuttle service they offered to Knotts Berry Farm. It made getting to the park so convenient and stress-free. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a great perk, providing a satisfying start to my day.

Despite a minor inconvenience of the TV not working in my room, the staff promptly addressed the issue and offered a resolve by moving me to another room on the same floor. They even provided a $30 discount per night as compensation for the inconvenience.

It's also close to everything, including California, and there are lots of shopping options just across the road.
