This hotel was great for dining options as there were several food options nearby, including a mall across the street. The location was also only a short walk from a few restaurants and shops. I was impressed with the attention to detail, as the rooms had not only been clean and comfortable but were also quiet, away from the elevator and ice machine. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were professional and friendly, making sure our stay was enjoyable. The basic amenities provided were up to par, and the hotel was ready for our arrival, even giving us an upgrade.

This hotel is great - it's conveniently located right off the highway and close to the mall and good food. The staff here are professional and attentive, always making sure all my needs were met. The rooms were clean and had all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was incredible, with a good variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided a fun and perfect stay.

The only downside was the noise from some inconsiderate guests, which went unresolved until late at night.

My family and I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn for one night due to a storm in Dallas. Alex, the Front Office Manager, was exceptional and understanding, providing us with a full refund for our prepaid room. When we arrived the following day, we were greeted by Alex in person and were impressed by her friendly personality. The location was convenient, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient, and the rooms were clean. The outside of the hotel was beautifully lit, and the lobby was stunning. The comfortable beds ensured a great night's sleep for both me and my son.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Waterloo for a weekend getaway with my son. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The bed was plush and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The walk-in shower was roomy and had excellent water pressure. I loved the convenient pull-out table on wheels at the desk, which allowed me to work comfortably from the couch. Having two TVs in the room was a nice bonus, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start our day off right.
