The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants, giving us plenty of options for dining. One of the best aspects was the beautiful falls nearby, which provided a great opportunity for outdoor exploration and sightseeing.

Maintenance issues were present in the room, such as a non-functioning refrigerator, a worn-out ironing board cover, and lukewarm shower water. The breakfast experience was somewhat disappointing, with the host seeming unprepared for a busy weekend and not providing a satisfactory service.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, conveniently close to the interstate and right across from several restaurants. We loved being able to see the fireworks display from our window on the third floor during the 4th of July. The comfortable bed and clean bathroom made our stay even more enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth and the friendly staff had our room ready even though we arrived an hour early, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long journey in the heat.

The breakfast at this hotel was amazing! They had a wide variety of options, including healthier choices like fresh fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal with dried fruits. I really appreciated the effort they put into providing a well-rounded breakfast. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to the highway and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Lastly, I loved the ability to log into my Netflix or Amazon Prime account on the TV in my room. It made it feel more like home.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like about my stay. the pool was very small, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a delightful stay at Fairfield Inn in Cookeville. The hotel has taken eco-friendly measures such as paper coffee cups instead of plastic, and a recycling bin next to the ice machine. The staff, especially Matthew at the front desk, was attentive and friendly, even remembering my room requests. The room was comfortable, although the air conditioner did make a loud noise when it turned on. Despite that, I had a great experience overall and I would recommend this hotel.
