The hotel's location in the River City area was fantastic, with everything we needed right at our doorstep. The breakfast was generally good, and after a small issue with cold food one day, it became consistently satisfying. The hotel went above and beyond when our first room had an issue, upgrading us to a suite at no extra charge. The suite was amazing and perfect for our multi-day stay. I highly recommend staying in a suite for longer visits. Additionally, the hotel offered a free shuttle from the airport, and we easily took an Uber to the port the next morning for our cruise.

The room itself was clean and well-decorated, with all the amenities I needed including a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with a restful night's sleep.
