I recently stayed at a hotel near my son's college for a weekend instructor course. The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made sure that our rooms were next to each other, and the rooms themselves were clean and updated. The hotel's location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. if my son decides to attend UNOH, I guarantee we will stay here again. The staff, comfortable beds, and pleasant lobby made our visit enjoyable.

During my stay at Fairfield Inn, I had a small issue with the cleanliness of the room. However, when I brought it to the attention of the staff, they promptly resolved the issue and switched me to a cleaner room. I was impressed by their quick response and willingness to accommodate my needs. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond by providing my toddler grandchild with a complimentary bottle of milk for bedtime, even though it wasn't part of their usual offerings. I was pleased with the friendly and efficient service provided by the staff.

Although the cleanliness of the room was fair, there were some areas that could have been cleaner, such as the tables, bed stand. The pillowcase also appeared to be dirty.

This hotel is a great option! the prices are very reasonable for such a fantastic stay, with good attention to detail from the clean rooms to great service by the staff. The location is perfect for shopping or visiting local restaurants and there is even a basic amenities area with a nice breakfast offering for everybody's taste, from eggs and sausage to fresh fruit juice.

The worst aspects were the noise from the train track and thin walls. Being right beside a busy train track, we were frequently awakened by the sound of train horns, which was quite disrupting.
