What made our stay at this hotel truly amazing was the impeccable service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The housekeeping team went above and beyond to make our room feel like a home away from home. They even surprised our daughter by arranging her blankets and stuffed animal in an adorable way. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with valuable information about the city and assisting us in tracking down a late bag from the airport. We felt well taken care of throughout our entire stay.

The hotel had a free breakfast and modern decor. The staff was friendly and there was a microwave available in the room. Plus, it was located close to subways and within walking distance to Chinatown and Little Italy.

The location was far from all the fun in Midtown and there was a terrible fish smell sometimes. The lobby and business center were less than average.
