Waking up to beautiful balcony views was a delight each morning. The staff were warm and genuinely engaging, making me feel welcomed. Their quick maintenance response was impressive too.

However, I found myself unexpectedly charged for parking, which felt a bit unfair. It would’ve been nice if the cleaning service was included every day as it added up quickly.

Ants in the room but the cleanliness and shower steals the show.

Clean rooms, spacious bathroom, noisy environment

The staff was super sweet, and the breakfast was a highlight each day. We loved the indoor pool and the balcony views were stunning. We visited the amusement park and the boardwalk, which were both awesome activities. I recommend this place for a fun group getaway.

The pool is quite small and lacks a hot tub!!! Noise levels from the highway can be bothersome, making relaxation a challenge!!! Housekeeping could use more consistency with cleaning schedules and supply requests!!!

Great location with fantastic views. Staff made fresh coffee at 3:30 am. Beds were too soft for me.

The staff's warmth truly enhances the experience, especially Chad and Martin at the front desk who made check-in effortless. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable, modern rooms stood out, particularly the nice walk-in shower. The breakfast area is spacious with plenty of options, making it easy to start the day right.

pillows weren't great. needed better cleaning in the lobby area.

The indoor pool is a great amenity, and the breakfast spread exceeded expectations, featuring delicious crêpes along with a variety of hot and cold items. Staff members maintained a high level of friendliness and professionalism throughout the visit. However, it would be nice to have more room options available during peak seasons as availability felt limited. Additionally, the elevators seemed to be in short supply, causing some delays at busy times.

I almost thought this place would be great, but then the bugs in my bed were utterly shocking. Not to mention, I expected at least a small gesture for the inconvenience of the sticky pool door. It’s a shame, as I really woudl ve been willing to write a stellar review, but no thanks!

It was just a great fit for a fleeting pause in Ocean City with fantastic value for money. Enjoyed the cozy atmosphere by the indoor pool, perfect for winding down after a day at the beach. Make sure to try the breakfast early for the best selection!

the fairfield inn had a fantastic breakfast with all the food hot. the staff was super accommodating when we told them about the pool. the location was great, just a short walk to catch the tram to the boardwalk for all the fun. our room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable with a nice view from the balcony.

However, I would have preferred more frequent cleaning service, especially after beach visits. Overall, I had a nice stay and it offered good value for my time away. I plan to return.
