We loved the friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in request. The shuttle service was convenient, and the hotel's location near U Hospitals and the west side of campus was perfect for us. The bar/restaurant at the hotel was decent, and there were plenty of other dining options within walking distance. The staff's honest opinions and suggestions for attractions were much appreciated, especially as solo travelers. The private floor with its complimentary bar and hors d'oeuvres was a fantastic perk. The breakfast provided was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. The small fitness center and indoor pool added to the overall convenience and enjoyment.

The location, just west of the university campus, was perfect - quiet and peaceful while still being close to all the action. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with two double queen beds that were perfect for my needs. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with a shower that was just right - not too powerful for my little one. The breakfast included in the price was a great bonus, with delicious standard fare and nice biscuits to start the day off right.

My recent stay at Best Western was incredibly convenient. Being just a few blocks away from the UW-Hospital, it made visiting my family member there so much easier. The hotel itself was very well maintained, and my room on the 4th floor was spacious and clean. Despite having three surgeries that day, the room was quiet, allowing me to rest and recover comfortably. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was also a great perk, making transportation around the area hassle-free. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others.

The free coffee in the lobby was decent and the staff was friendly. They handed us some complimentary water bottles too. In terms of location, it was close to the hospital, which was helpful. The room felt clean and the bed was comfortable.

It was difficult to find the hotel and we got lost a few times due to poor signage. only paper plates and plastic utensils were available.
