Complimentary breakfast variety was delightful and fulfilling.

I faced some challenges during my stay. Upon arrival, I found that the door lock on my initial room was broken, causing a delay in settling in. Even after being moved to a new room, the excessive noise from the nearby highway prevented me from getting a good night's sleep, as the windows offered little soundproofing. Unfortunately, my overall experience was marred by these issues.

The room I stayed in left much to be desired. The bathroom was cramped and not very clean, which ruined my comfort. Additionally, the slow-moving elevators made every trip feel much longer than necessary, which added to my frustration during my stay.

My room was spacious and equipped with a comfortable king bed, mini-fridge, and coffee bar, making my stay quite enjoyable. The breakfast had an excellent selection, including freshly baked pastries and a variety of fruits. The staff were friendly and quick to assist, ensuring that my needs were met during my stay.

The staff were absolute legends! Super helpful and made us feel like family. Brekkie was lekker with loads of options, even on a holiday. The bed? Flippen comfy, slept like a baby!

Just wish the shower pressure had a bit more oomph, but it didn’t ruin the vibe for us.

the staff here were super helpful. with dwayne really making us feel at home! breakfast was fantastic, unmatched for this price point, and the indoor pool was a great addition too.
