For the price I paid, I felt like I got great value. The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities. The location in Nob Hill was perfect, and the staff treated me with kindness and helpfulness throughout my stay.

The valet was friendly and chatted with me outside. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The lobby had an impressive Christmas tree and beautiful marble columns and flooring. The whole hotel was spotless. We were upgraded to a king room on the fifth floor with a fantastic city view.

What I liked about my recent stay at this hotel was the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff was always welcoming and ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. The rooms were well-maintained and spotless, which made for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently situated in a prime area, close to key attractions and amenities, making it easy to explore and enjoy the surrounding area.

There were a few aspects that I did not particularly enjoy. Firstly, the Wi-Fi was not included in the room rate and had an additional charge, which I found to be unnecessary in this day and age.

Our suite had stunning views of both the city and iconic landmarks, including Alcatraz and the Golden Gate Bridge. The attentive receptionist, nightly turn-down service, and helpful front door host exceeded our expectations.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is situated halfway between Fisherman's Wharf and Union Square, making it easily accessible to most attractions. However, the walk back to the hotel can be a bit of an uphill challenge.

I also loved the fact that there was a restaurant on the lobby level where I could enjoy a delicious dinner while soaking in the great service and beautiful surroundings. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious workout facility and comfortable beds. The location was ideal, situated in an upscale area of the city and close to everything. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general was impeccable. And let's not forget about the amazing Le Labo toiletries provided in the room - such a luxurious touch!

The on-site restaurant, Laurel Court, was a masterpiece with its beautifully decorated ceiling and the breakfast spread was top-notch. I also loved the festive decorations, including a magnificent Gingerbread House. I would definitely stay here again.
