The shuttle to Universal is extremely convenient.

During my stay, I faced several problems that left me quite uneasy. There was a persistent smell of sewage in the hallway, which was really off-putting. Additionally, only one elevator was working, causing long waits, especially when multiple events were happening. It was also disappointing to see that housekeeping entered our room, despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, making me feel my privacy was not respected.

Comfortable room, convenient location, the free shuttle to Universal Studios made exploring the theme park incredibly easy, and the bar area by the pool was a great place to unwind after a day of fun.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Elevators were slow. had to take stairs often.

The room was heaps roomy, but the check-in was a total shambles and the carpets looked a bit tired, eh? The shuttle to Universal was sweet as though!

Aye, my room was dope, comfy vibes all around. Staff was mad chill and helpful. The pool area was nice, perfect after a day at the park. Only wish the soundproofin' was better. could hear folks in the hallway. Breakfast was slappin' too! Gonna be back for sure.

The location near Universal Studios was fantastic, and our family loved the easy walks to nearby attractions like the Hollywood Bowl. The staff provided us with extra bedding for our dogs, making our stay more comfortable and accommodating.

In my wife’s opinion, the shower gel in the bathroom should have been refilled before our arrival.

the sheraton is perfectly located near universal studios, making it easy to get to the theme park. the outdoor pool and fitness center were great to unwind. one standout was henry, the front desk manager—he provided exceptional customer service and made us feel truly welcomed during our stay.

The location is perfect for attractions (Universal Studios & CityWalk close by)! The heated pool was a hit for our family after park days. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room service felt a bit pricey, and I really wish they had more savory breakfast options (tasty but limited! ).

We had a lekker time! The staff were super friendly—got a birthday shout for my little one and brekkie was delish! The shuttle to Universal was a breeze, came every 15 minutes like clockwork. Our room was clean and comfy, perfect after a long day at the park.

Only bummer was waiting for extra towels—it took a bit longer than expected. But overall, a great stay.

the location was super close to the park (we walked in 10 minutes! ). the cleanliness was spot-on, and the pool area had this fantastic vibe. breakfast was also absolutely delicious! !

Long wait for luggage and the coffee service was inconsistent but the hotel had great shuttle service and excellent breakfast options.
