The location of this place was fantastic! It was close to Universal and Hollywood Blvd, which made it easy to explore the major attractions in the LA area. I also appreciated the great service from room service and the amenities such as the in-room safe and tea and coffee facilities. The staff was always nice and helpful, and the fitness studio was clean and well-maintained.

I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the LA area.

I recently stayed at Sheraton Universal for a weekend getaway with my partner. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with a big TV and a large bathroom featuring a modern tub and shower. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to Universal and City Walk. The staff was incredibly helpful, bringing us extra coffee upon request and providing excellent service. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. We especially enjoyed the breakfast in the club room, which was a cut above the rest. our stay at Sheraton Universal was fantastic and we would highly recommend it.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled in a great neighborhood with easy access to all the attractions. The service here was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The room was absolutely luxurious, with comfortable beds and a stunning view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. I also loved the convenience of the room amenities, including the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar. It truly enhanced my comfort and made my stay here even more pleasant.

Value for money - We had a stunning room with a breathtaking view on the 19th floor, making it well worth the cost. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the modern decor felt fresh and new. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Universal Studios, and the hotel staff were friendly and courteous.

The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting Universal Studios. I was able to get there early in the morning without any hassle. The concierge staff was very helpful in providing directions and suggestions for nearby attractions. In my room, the bathroom was fantastic. It was modern and clean, providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Additionally, the food and service at the hotel's restaurant were excellent. The servers were friendly and attentive, making me feel well taken care of during my meal.

The hotel staff was attentive and friendly. I particularly liked the fact that the hotel offered a shuttle service to and from Universal Studios, which was a nice bonus.

The hotel is perfectly located in a fantastic neighborhood, walking distance to the theme park and the famous Hollywood Bowl. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable with professional staff always willing to help. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the Universal Studios park, which is a huge bonus! The breakfast is good quality, with plenty of options to choose from.

The walls in the rooms are very thin, which can be problematic if you are a light sleeper.
