I selected this hotel for a work conference and found it to be equipped with a wide range of modern amenities to accommodate both business and leisure travelers. The experience at this hotel was suitable for both types of travelers, including those attending forums or on a family vacation.

The only service that I found missing for my work needs was a dedicated business center for quick, efficient printing and scanning.

Situated just 10 km away from Hollywood Burbank, it made for a convenient stopover during my trip. the hotel's free shuttle service was a helpful amenity for getting around the area.

I encountered some issues during my stay at Sheraton Universal. The shower pressure and water temperature in my room were not up to par, which made for a less than comfortable experience.

The Sheraton Universal's location is unbeatable, just steps away from Universal Studios Hollywood and CityWalk. The upgraded rooms with balconies and seating were a nice touch, and the Club Lounge made me feel at home. The sleek hotel bar and poolside bar were great spots to unwind and enjoy a meal.

I experienced some inconvenience with the room allocation. Despite requesting a king bed and a rollaway, which wasn't initially available, the alternative rooms provided were not up to the standard I expected.

The relaxed hotel lounge treats me to California-inspired light bites and delicious cocktails, all poolside. The Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience® in the pet-friendly rooms guarantees a good night's sleep. I can easily explore Universal City and reach downtown LA in just 20 minutes.

Elevator situation as ridiculous as trying to fit into my old skinny jeans.

The hotel exceeded my expectations - clean and modern rooms, great WiFi, and friendly staff. The lobby is nice, and there are two restaurants and room service. Convenient shuttle to Universal Studios and helpful tips from staff. Definitely coming back!

The location of this place was fantastic! It was close to Universal and Hollywood Blvd, which made it easy to explore the major attractions in the LA area. I also appreciated the great service from room service and the amenities such as the in-room safe and tea and coffee facilities. The staff was always nice and helpful, and the fitness studio was clean and well-maintained.

I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the LA area.

I recently stayed at Sheraton Universal for a weekend getaway with my partner. Our room was spacious and well-equipped with a big TV and a large bathroom featuring a modern tub and shower. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to Universal and City Walk. The staff was incredibly helpful, bringing us extra coffee upon request and providing excellent service. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. We especially enjoyed the breakfast in the club room, which was a cut above the rest. our stay at Sheraton Universal was fantastic and we would highly recommend it.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled in a great neighborhood with easy access to all the attractions. The service here was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The room was absolutely luxurious, with comfortable beds and a stunning view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. I also loved the convenience of the room amenities, including the ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and mini-bar. It truly enhanced my comfort and made my stay here even more pleasant.

Value for money - We had a stunning room with a breathtaking view on the 19th floor, making it well worth the cost. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the modern decor felt fresh and new. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Universal Studios, and the hotel staff were friendly and courteous.

Morning meal could be improved with more variety.

It was epic! Our hotel was super close and we even got a rad shuttle to take us around. Plus, we easily hit up the Walk of Fame, Hollywood Bowl and Grauman's Chinese Theatre. It was lit!

I wish they had more exciting nightlife nearby for us to keep the party going.
