I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, as it was right in the center of uptown, making it convenient to access all the attractions we had planned to visit. The BB&T ballpark and the Spectrum Center were just a few blocks away, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel itself provided top-notch comfort and quality services. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with upscale toiletries and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at this hotel were truly amazing. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. The service was impeccable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, very polite, helpful and efficient. They greeted us with southern hospitality and were well dressed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the upscale modern decor of the rooms added to our overall experience. The hotel facilities, including the lobby lounge, bar, and coffee shop, were pleasing, comfortable. Additionally, the location of this hotel is excellent, as it is in the heart of downtown Charlotte. It is conveniently located near fine restaurants, fun activities, and it is only about 2 blocks away from the Spectrum Center, where we enjoyed a Hornet's game.

It is within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions, making it a convenient choice for solo travellers. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated, with beautiful views of the city. The concierge lounge offers a good selection of snacks and breakfast, perfect for starting the day off right.

The hotel could improve on its communication between staff members, as it seems there were a few issues with requests not being fulfilled or delays in service.

The location was perfect for attending The Belk Bowl, as it was within walking distance to the stadium. Despite the ongoing construction in the area, the hotel provided clear instructions on how to drive in, making it easier for guests. The staff did their best to assist with the construction inconvenience. The hotel had all the necessary amenities to be excellent. However, there were some communication issues between different departments. Upon check-in, we had to call for someone to bring our luggage, and there was a disconnect between the valet and the front desk. Similarly, when we requested additional items through an online form, there was a failure to communicate, resulting in us having to make additional calls. The check-in area and the lounge were also lacking, with an awkward design and a dark, uninviting atmosphere. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel worked great for our purposes of location and parking. I would recommend this hotel, but I believe there may be better options in downtown Charlotte at a similar price point.

Impressive renovation, hotel has everything you need. Coffee shop, wine bar, and fitness center are well-stocked. Guest rooms are just as impressive. Easy airport connection. All problems were addressed and solved. Fantastic Club M lounge with delicious food. Gym facilities on 5th floor are top-notch. Hotel provides essentials for unprepared travelers. People from NYC find it unbelievably nice. Love the city and the hotel.

This hotel was an oasis in the midst of a busy city! The rooms were Uber comfortable with great amenities, including a refrigerator. The location was perfect with restaurants nearby, and there was so much to explore in the downtown area. The hotel's Extreme Modern style was very attractive, and the breakfast was simply amazing.

I recently stayed in a hotel with a great location! It was located near many restaurants in the Uptown district which made it really easy to find somewhere to eat. The room had really nice amenities like air conditioning and in-room tea and coffee facilities, making me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating, even providing a welcome drink upon my arrival which was a very nice touch.

I'm happy to recommend this hotel to friends.

Great location in the heart of downtown, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. the hotel staff was friendly and always available to assist with any questions or travel needs. the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The construction in the area was quite noisy and made it difficult to navigate in and out of the hotel. the traffic flow was poorly managed by the valet attendants, leading to chaotic and frustrating experiences.
