I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, as it was right in the center of uptown, making it convenient to access all the attractions we had planned to visit. The BB&T ballpark and the Spectrum Center were just a few blocks away, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel itself provided top-notch comfort and quality services. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with upscale toiletries and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at this hotel were truly amazing. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. The service was impeccable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, very polite, helpful and efficient. They greeted us with southern hospitality and were well dressed. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the upscale modern decor of the rooms added to our overall experience. The hotel facilities, including the lobby lounge, bar, and coffee shop, were pleasing, comfortable. Additionally, the location of this hotel is excellent, as it is in the heart of downtown Charlotte. It is conveniently located near fine restaurants, fun activities, and it is only about 2 blocks away from the Spectrum Center, where we enjoyed a Hornet's game.

Couldn't fault

The location was perfect for attending The Belk Bowl, as it was within walking distance to the stadium. Despite the ongoing construction in the area, the hotel provided clear instructions on how to drive in, making it easier for guests. The staff did their best to assist with the construction inconvenience. The hotel had all the necessary amenities to be excellent. However, there were some communication issues between different departments. Upon check-in, we had to call for someone to bring our luggage, and there was a disconnect between the valet and the front desk. Similarly, when we requested additional items through an online form, there was a failure to communicate, resulting in us having to make additional calls. The check-in area and the lounge were also lacking, with an awkward design and a dark, uninviting atmosphere. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel worked great for our purposes of location and parking. I would recommend this hotel, but I believe there may be better options in downtown Charlotte at a similar price point.

Great location in the heart of downtown, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. the hotel staff was friendly and always available to assist with any questions or travel needs. the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.

The construction in the area was quite noisy and made it difficult to navigate in and out of the hotel. the traffic flow was poorly managed by the valet attendants, leading to chaotic and frustrating experiences.

I stayed at the Marriott in downtown Charlotte for a weekend getaway. The staff was exceptional, especially Mia who helped us when we arrived late at night. They gave us a great rate and even comped us wifi and parking. The hotel was smoke-free, showing that they care about their customers. The location was perfect, close to downtown activities and the Bank of America stadium. everything was perfect - friendly staff, clean rooms, and an amazing bar.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city's Uptown district with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The in-house coffee shop was a great convenience, and the bar and restaurant offered a delicious and enjoyable dining experience. The room was beautifully clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a truly relaxing stay. I also appreciated the amenities such as the in-room safe and tea and coffee facilities. it was a wonderful experience!

During my stay at the Charlotte Marriott City Center, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and luxurious appearance of the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, even locating my misplaced credit card and returning it to me promptly. The bell staff was incredibly efficient and took care of my vehicle and luggage within minutes. The rooms were spotless and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The housekeeping staff was also very attentive and willing to accommodate any request. I was highly impressed and will definitely choose to stay at this location again. I highly recommend it.
