During our stay at Travelodge, we were amazed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. They treated us like family and continuously checked in to see if we needed anything. Everyone was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcomed and valued. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, with everything being well-maintained and sparkling. Although the lobby floor was constantly wet due to the snowy weather, Laura, one of the staff members, constantly mopped it and kept it impeccably clean. We were truly delighted by the experience and will definitely be returning whenever we're in the area.

One issue we encountered was upon checking in, our room door was found to be open. Furthermore, we had reserved a room with a queen bed but were given a room with double beds instead.
