Our stay was filled with laughter as the kids raced down the slides while the lazy river offered a refreshing escape. The staff was friendly, making our check-in a breeze!

However, we encountered some occasional noise from neighboring units and found that certain resort activities had time constraints. A broom in the room would have been helpful too.

My experience was far from satisfactory. There were no washcloths in our room, forcing us to improvise with hand towels. On top of that, the pool was unusually cold, making it uncomfortable to swim even on a warm day. We attempted to enjoy the pool area, but the lack of pool toys allowed limited the fun for my kids. Overall, cleanliness was an issue, as we found the floors needing attention upon our arrival.
