During my Christmas stay, I loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was situated right in the heart of the city, making it easy for me to explore all the nearby attractions and shops. the staff was also friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had a pleasant stay. Additionally, I appreciated the complimentary breakfast that was offered every morning. It was a great way to start my day and saved me time and money.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't enjoy about my stay. the rooms were quite dark, and I found it difficult to apply makeup and get ready in the dim lighting.

The queen sofa bed and comfy beds made our stay incredibly comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast included in our stay was a delightful surprise. We enjoyed a variety of tasty options that fueled us for the day ahead.

The hotel is located in Short North, right by the North Market, close to all restaurants. The room is clean and well-appointed, as mentioned in previous reviews. The staff is extremely friendly, and the breakfast selection, including make your own waffles, hot oatmeal, fruit, sausages. The hotel elevators are efficient and offer a beautiful view of the city.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect as it was right across the street from the convention center, where my event was held. This made it incredibly convenient for me. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They organized welcome bags for our wedding guests and even accommodated our request for early check-in. The bellman, Cliff, was particularly outstanding and we received many compliments from our friends and family about his service. Lastly, the rooms were newly remodeled and clean, with modern amenities and comfy beds. It was a great value for the money, especially considering that breakfast was included.

This hotel had everything we needed! The location couldn't be better, right across from the convention center, and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The service was great, from the welcoming staff to the housekeeping. The rooms were clean and modern with comfy beds and all the basic amenities we needed, even a queen sofa bed. And to top it all off, breakfast was included in the affordable price!
