Valet service was top-notch, making parking a breeze. Staff went outta their way to help us feel at home, and the breakfast was varied, hot and excellent.

Could use more coffee options in the lobby and better soundproofing from outside noise at night.

The convenience and location were amazing! Just across from the convention center, which was ideal while traveling solo with my kids. Super easy access without being directly connected.

Noise from adjacent rooms made it hard to sleep peacefully, as the walls felt quite thin. Plus, the valet parking fees were higher than expected, around $35 per night.

Noise from adjacent rooms was hard to ignore!!! Plus, it would be nice if parking fees weren't so steep—$30 to $38 per night feels excessive!!! Room cleanliness in common areas could use a lift too!!!

Staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites Columbus-Downtown was like stumbling into a well-organized party where everyone's been trained in the fine art of hospitality! The location, just a hop away from the Columbus Convention Center, made it ideal for our plans. Our King Studio Suite was spacious enough to host a mini dance-off, and the complimentary breakfast, stocked with fresh dishes including make-your-own waffles, was the cherry on top! The staff, especially Tyler the valet, were so attentive and cheerful, they made every moment feel special.

A few breakfast items could improve.

Had a nice stay close to the concert venue and many restaurants. The breakfast was surprisingly good which is rare, and I appreciated the friendly staff that helped us out. The room was decent, I liked that it had a fridge for late-night snacks.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for what we got, it was alright.

Such a lovely older hotel! Perfect spot to stroll downtown. Rooms are comfy. if you want peace, ask for higher floors away from the church.

But dear, the breakfast sausage looked like it had seen better days—gray is not a breakfast color! Those 'roasted' potatoes? Let’s just say they were having an identity crisis.

The location was great for exploring the arena district. right across from the Convention Center and close to numerous dining options. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, even with rival hockey fans around.

Breakfast could use some improvement, as freshness was a little hit or miss. and I wish the coffee was available more widely throughout the hotel.
