The service at this hotel was outstanding! From the friendly shuttle driver and welcoming check-in staff to the attentive servers at the restaurant, everyone was professional and courteous. the room itself was nice and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a cool AC. the hotel also had a pool, perfect for taking a refreshing dip and enjoying some drinks from the bar.

The parking situation at the hotel was a bit inconvenient. the building's layout made it necessary to park on the opposite side of where my room was located, which was a hassle.

The airport shuttle drivers were excellent and very welcoming. We needed somewhere to stay for the night until we could pick up our rental car the next day, and Four Points was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well-presented. I would recommend this hotel.

The check-in process was smooth and the hotel is very close to the airport. It is also located near a shopping area with plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Had a great stay in Kansas City! the room was clean and quiet, just what I needed after a long day exploring the city. the TV had plenty of cable channels to choose from, and the free shuttle service to the airport was really convenient. Plus, the staff was super helpful and friendly, they even held onto my lost sunglasses until I could pick them up! a really positive experience.

One thing I didn't love about the hotel was that it seemed a bit outdated and in need of renovations. the bed was also pretty uncomfortable, with lumps and springs poking into my back.

I stayed at Four Points for a quick overnight before an early flight. The airport shuttle was convenient, even at 5:30AM. The friendly staff made check-in easy, and my room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the on-site restaurant, perfect for unwinding with a beer. The location is great, close to the airport and with easy access to transportation. The mini fridge in the room was a nice touch, too.

Exceptional staff and spacious suite were the best aspects of our stay. the staff upgraded our room to a king bed with an attached suite, providing more privacy. the location near the airport and the free airport shuttle were also convenient perks.
