the wait times could be lengthy at times. The location is convenient for dining options, but I found the room to be smaller than expected without a refrigerator. Overall, it was a decent stay, but little things could be improved.

The lobby looked nice,, and the staff were friendly enough like they were actually doing their job. We found out the shuttle barely ran on time, which ruined our night with three kids, but at least the bed was comfy when we finally got to the room. you just have to stack the pillows for that kinda comfort.

It definitely wasn’t inexpensive,, but we didn't get much for the price.

Loved the chill vibe here! The brekkie was lekker—even had an aviation view from my room, watching planes take off, what a jol! Staff were super accommodating—let us chill in the lobby till our room was ready, really made it easy.

Only bummer was the shower design—had to hop in to turn on the water, so yeah, first splash was cold as ice. Eina!

i absolutely loved the 'free' breakfast that cost $17 for my 8 year old, and then when i asked for a full body mirror, it was like i was asking for the moon. horrible service with my airport shuttle that didn’t even come. i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t.

the location is really tricky to get to,,, once you're there everything else is great! the staff went out of their way to be accommodating, and the food was delicious with great service. the pool was also crystal clear and refreshing.

Wi-Fi was spotty. Liked the 24-hour reception and helpful luggage storage.
