An evening at a revolving table had me feeling dizzy with excitement. The Muhammad Ali Center's punches of culture left me floating like a butterfly. As the bourbon flowed, I danced under crystal constellations, feeling like a winner in this "America's Friendliest City." A royal stay fit for a true sailor's tale. Cheers to that!

Galt House Hotel offers a perfect downtown location with a vibrant atmosphere. The fitness center's river views are breathtaking, and the walkway bar is unique. The hotel's beauty and size are impressive. While the suite lacked a tub and had minor cleanliness issues, the overall stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located near landmarks like the Louisville Slugger Museum, enhancing family bonding. The relaxation amenities, including a wellness center and outdoor pool, added to our enjoyment.

On my first stay, the staff kindly guided me to great dining spots. This place suits me perfectly, with Free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a fantastic bar area. I'm coming back for New Year's - no regrets here!

I chose this hotel for attending a convention, and I found the location to be convenient for accessing the conference venue and exploring downtown. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable environment for work and relaxation.

The only service I missed for my work was the availability of a foam topper for the bed to improve comfort during long work-related stays.

Galt House exceeded expectations: spacious room, separate sitting area, large bathroom, two TVs - felt like a mistake.

our recent stay at the hotel was fantastic. having stayed at another hotel in the past, we were pleasantly surprised by the experience at trademark. the location was perfect, the room was gorgeous and the beds were super comfortable. the view from our window was breathtaking, overlooking the river and the city.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was ideal, as it was close to all the attractions and activities in Louisville. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who were always available to assist. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the stunning view from my room, overlooking the city skyline.

I did have a minor issue with the parking situation, as I found it a little pricey.

The lounge in the skywalk between the two towers on 3rd floor was a great place to relax, have a drink or some snacks, and people watch. Room service was good but a little pricey, but this was derby week so everything was more expensive. If the city is crowded for an event, definitely do the valet parking. It is much more convenient than parking yourself in the garage. Friendly staff. Upscale restaurant ReVue view, food and service were excellent. Magnolia restaurant was empty, understaffed and sad although the menu is decent. Room service provided by Magnolia is off the same menu and good but super expensive due to all the service charges. Accessible to the Yum Center for the event we attended. Great staff at front desk, Bell men who went out of their way to accommodate our big group. Hotel staff that assisted with our room change Terrica and crew. Management Oliver that exceeded my expectations resolving my issue. The view was beautiful from my room and the restaurant, loved the revolving restaurant. The beds were very comfortable nice comfortable cool pillows on beds. Elevators were very fast from 1st to 18th floor matter of seconds, the staff was very friendly, check in and out was very fast and convenient. I would recommend this restaurant to families or couples.

We had a fantastic time staying at this place! The location was absolutely perfect, as it was right on the riverfront of the Ohio River and within walking distance of a variety of wonderful restaurants. Additionally, everything downtown was conveniently within walking distance, which made exploring the city incredibly easy. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with excellent room service and a helpful staff. The amenities in the rooms were exceptional, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the complimentary toiletries provided. The dining options at the on-site restaurant and bar/lounge area were fantastic, and the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of.

We had a few minor issues during our stay, such as a delay in canceling our reservation and difficulty locating our reservation at first. However, these issues were promptly resolved by the staff and did not affect our overall experience.
