Just steps from the soft, sandy beach, this hotel is also conveniently close to popular attractions like Casino Beach, Pensacola Beach Gulf Pier, and the lively Fish Heads restaurant, making it a fantastic spot for weekend strolls and leisure time; the staff were friendly and the pools, including a lazy river, added a fun twist to our stay, but the bathroom features could use some updates for a more comfortable experience.

The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to help. Rooms are clean and have a nice view, plus there's a great coffee shop on site.

It was a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

The resort is super clean and in a great location right on the beach. Friendly staff and yummy food! Rooms are comfy with air conditioning, a fridge, and a flat-screen TV. The pool area is awesome with a lazy river and kids' pool. The coffee shop and daily activities for kids are a nice touch.

The Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach offers a fantastic location near the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and surf. The staff is consistently warm and helpful, enhancing the overall experience despite some room maintenance issues that could be addressed for a better stay.

The balcony view of the beach was stunning. The room was spacious and had the comforts of home, including a removable shower head. The hotel layout was convenient, with the pool, beach, and Riptides restaurant nearby. Heidi and Blake provided attentive service. The kids' ice cream shop was a delightful touch. there were issues. The pool was unclean, and my coffee pot never worked, despite reporting it. The bathroom door squeaked loudly, disrupting sleep. The restaurant experience was disappointing; the food quality was subpar. Staff seemed overzealous at check-in, questioning our presence. With a price tag of $1700, I expected better. Improvements in service and cleanliness are necessary.

Upon arriving, I was shocked to find our room overlooked a parking lot instead of the beach. The staff's attitude, especially from one rude attendant, made it worse. Thankfully, a nicer team member eventually sorted us out. What a rough start!

The comfortable beds and clean room were top-notch. The lazy river and beach access made it super relaxing, just what we needed. My key card acted up a bit, but the staff fixed it right away. Can't wait to return with the kids this summer! 😊
