My stay was exceptional, with everything in walking distance for my little ones. The staff surprised my son on his birthday with fresh cookies and milk. The beachfront access and access to neighboring pools were a hit. The hotel's cleanliness and modern rooms exceeded my expectations. The included breakfast was a highlight! While some service at the poolside restaurant lacked, the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, beach access, and nearby landmarks such as Pensacola Dog Beach West added to our family bonding experience.

Despite occasional minor issues like lukewarm Jacuzzi and delayed room cleaning, I appreciate the beach access, kid-friendly activities, and delicious on-site dining options at Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach. The overall experience was enjoyable with great amenities and attentive staff.

The property's been recently renovated, so it's all fresh and top-notch. Gulf or bay views are just stunning, man. Close to shops and grub to explore. Dig the clean pool and those fast, quiet elevators. Clean-up crew and bar folks are top-notch and all-round rad. Enjoyed amenities like outdoor pool and beach access, such chill spots. One hiccup: a false alarm stir-up, but hey, who can predict things, right? 🌴

The views from the balcony at the Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach Gulf Front were absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the gulf view every morning made me feel like I was in paradise. The family suite was so well-equipped with everything we needed, from the kitchenette to the comfortable bunk beds. But what really stood out to me was the thoughtful addition of a video game system in the room, which provided hours of entertainment for the kids.

The only minor downside was the inconvenience of the rental car reservation issue, as Budget Rentals couldn't hold our reservation.

Despite a tough start, it turned out to be a wonderful escape. Picture this, a room with a view that could soothe even the weariest heart. The food variety was a pleasant surprise, and don't get me started on the lazy river - a tranquil gem amid the chaos. A real winner for solo travellers like me. Oh, and the nightly poolside fire pits? Pure magic. Can't wait to return and maybe try those Buffalo Wings this time.

The Holiday Inn Resort Pensacola Beach Gulf Front offered spacious Gulf-front family suites, equipped with everything a traveller could need, from wooden bunk beds to beanbag chairs and kitchenettes. The balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico was a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the stunning view.

Housekeeping wasn’t done every day. I had to call for them to come clean the room two days in a row.

The kids had a blast at the fun outdoor pool, complete with a cool waterfall and a fantastic 250-foot lazy river where we all floated around on inner tubes. Plus, the Pirate and Mermaid shows added extra excitement to our beach days. And the best part? Up to four kids ages 12 and under ate free any time of the day, which made dining so easy and convenient for us!

My wife says that the sofa bed was uncomfortable and had stains on it.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Pensacola Beach for a weekend getaway. The room could have been cleaner, but the exceptional and clean pool made up for it. Crystal B at the front desk was friendly and helpful, ensuring our stay was wonderful. The early morning walks on the beach were a delight, and the friendly employees added to the overall experience.

Just returned from a fantastic family trip to Pensacola Beach. Stayed at the amazing Holiday Inn resort. The location couldn't have been better, and the spacious bedrooms were perfect for our family. The staff made our stay truly memorable with their exceptional service. Every single person we interacted with showed genuine kindness and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. The hotel was immaculately clean and well-organized, and the food and beverages were delicious. We will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beach with white sand. We enjoyed walking to all the main hot spots on the beach. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean pool area, hot tubs, and a cozy fire pit by the tiki lounge outside. The staff was amazing from the moment we stepped into the lobby. The breakfast was delicious, one of the best we've ever had with a hotel package. this was one of the best vacations we've had.

We absolutely loved the "Zero Entry" Pool and the "Lazy River". The staff at the bar/grill were efficient and the food was delicious. Special thanks to Darryl, our amazing waiter. The bar staff were superb, friendly, accommodating, and fun. Housekeeping provided plenty of clean towels. The elevators were fast and efficient. The view from the balcony was amazing and the beaches were beautiful. Loved the complementary breakfast and the morning coffee bar.

Loved the beach, pool, and water park area for the kids. Staff entertained the kids and were quick in getting what we wanted. The buffet was great, just the eggs needed improvement. The facility was worth every penny, wished we could've stayed longer.

We also enjoyed the "egg hunt" and visit from the Easter bunny at the pool. The view from our room was stunning, and the balcony offered a great vantage point. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff enhanced our experience.

There were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. the pool had to be cleaned during pool playtime, which was inconvenient.
