We stayed in a location close to everything we had to do, including Christmas shopping in small towns to support the local economy. The coffee vouchers and in-room coffee maker were a plus, especially with the lovely coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The room had comfortable beds and a good channel selection on the TV.

The bugs in the bathroom made it hard to relax without the feeling of being watched.

I had the most comfortable sleep in the bed here. The sheets smelled and felt amazing. I wish I knew their secret laundry detergent. The mattress was so comfortable, even for someone like me with a bad back. The spacious room was great and I enjoyed the delicious coffee from Catalyst Coffee next door. The hotel's location in the middle of downtown was perfect for exploring and it was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit in this city.

The hotel has a historic and pretty appearance. Free breakfast on weekends is a nice perk. Close to Gatlinburg and cheaper during peak season. Christmas decor creates an upscale NYC hotel vibe. Front desk associate is friendly and efficient. Deluxe single room is spacious and charming. Heat lamp in the shower is a great amenity. Good menu options in the attached restaurant/bar. Muffins, granola, coffee, and fruit cups available in the morning. Beautifully adorned fireplace and Christmas tree add to the ambiance. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful Easter stay! The hotel offered a tasty breakfast in a convenient bag, along with vouchers for a local coffee shop. Such a thoughtful touch! The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, with attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

It would have been nice to have the option to dine in-house. Additionally, housekeeping seemed to be inconsistent, as our room was not cleaned on one of the days.

The staff were nice and check-in was easy even though we arrived late. The free breakfast was a great addition and they even had a coffee area. The rates were reasonable for all the facilities provided.

The lighting in the room, especially in the closet area, was quite poor. It was difficult to see.

The lobby and public areas are beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday. The live piano music in the lobby on Sunday afternoons adds to the relaxing ambiance. The guest rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, and extremely clean. The historic decor in the bar and restaurant adds charm. The menu is great, and the staff is friendly. Prices are reasonable.
